We stayed her for a couple of nights and thought it was a great option for the price. The room was fairly small, but very clean and modern . It looked exactly like the advertised photos. The staff at front desk were always smiling and friendly, helping me when I needed to print a flight. The breakfast area looks over the pool across to the gym. There is a good variety of food which changes a little each morning, and Bhum works hard replacing empty dishes and making sure all is in order. There are 2 coffee machines offering various options . I like the breakfast and the amenities pool, sauna and gym

I booked it using booking application and paid for it. When I arrived at the front desk, they asked for an additional 1,000.00 baht because they said the app made a mistake and gave me a wrong price.

The hotel is located close to Patpong night market (5min walk) and a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. There’s a nice cafe at the hotel as well and a few great Japanese restaurants that serve really good ramen and tonkatsu. You can check the reviews on Google. The check in and checkout at the hotel was very fast and the staff are really helpful. The gym is also very well equipped, the pool of course was a great way to beat the heat. The rooms and overall property is very well maintained and the room size is adequate for short stays. Overall my experience was great.

We loved this hotel as a base to explore Bangkok with its great location and close proximity to public transport. The room was quite small but modern and nicely appointed. Comfortable and cosy with a nice modern bathroom with toiletries provided. Breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed the good selection of fruits and hot food plus really good coffee. The gym looked fantastic and the small pool area is a perfect antidote to a hard day of sightseeing. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch too which we used briefly. Staff are lovely, especially the person running the restaurant who was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, an excellent base, close to the Patpong night market, shopping malls and great street food. Really good value for money.

The worst thing about this place is the thinness of the walls. You can literally hear the conversations and every footstep in the neighbouring rooms. It’s a great pity because this hotel is otherwise a real gem. I guess earplugs might be the solution!

The location and cleanliness of the room.

The staff is not very friendly. Not sure because we're LGBT or not. They don't give us welcome vibe when we're here. But the facility won us over compared with the price.

Pleasant welcome, friendly staff, really comfortable bed and pillows (I slept like a baby), peaceful room - absolutely no noise from the street, housekeeping, toiletrees, GREAT LOCATION just next to massage district, night market and with good connection to underground. The closest temple just in 5 min walk. They also arrange taxi to the airport for just 600 THB including highway, they can arrange touristic trips for you. Hotel has also small gym, sauna and swimming pool free of charge. I felt very pleasant here. I am sure, to choose this hotel was an excellent choise. Come here also, you will be not disapointed neighter. :)

Street food attracted me more than breakfast in the hotel. SPA needs little improvement.

I thought the hotel was good value for money. Although we didn't use the gym or swimming pool due to lack of time the facilities appeared really good. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable bed plus bedding was nice as were the towels. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The location was brilliant for us and close to transport links and restaurants..For us it was a great place to explore Bangkok.

As vegans other than the first morning options were a little limited.

Breakfast was very tasty. They made amolets according to your wishes. Plus a buffet. There is a street market right behind the hotel, as well as a Christian hospital, in case you need it. Some of the surrounding streets are quite smelly, and there is garbage. However, at the street market, you can taste all kinds of food. Historical sights are nearby and can be reached by public transport (bus, metro) or boat. Taxi also goes but it's not perfect. I don't recommend a Tuktuk.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone was very kind and eager to assist. It was very clean - my room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options. The pool and gym were great. The location was perfect - it was within walking distance to many restaurants and a metro line.

I had such a great experience at this hotel so I don't really have any complaints. I also really loved the breakfast buffet, but my only suggestion is that it would be helpful if the options were labeled as to whether or not they were vegetarian.

Modern and good Hotel. Friendly and qualified personnel. Fitness and pool area.

A lot of guest don’t understand the doors of the room, so when they are not fully closed (really push or pull them) it makes an alarming sound all the time. Even worse guest get annoyed by that and slam the door more often and in general doors get slammed a lot. Since the rooms only have thin walls there is a lot of noise from the next rooms or especially from the floor with door slamming.
