It's a good deal for bangkok Very close to two mrt/skytrain lines A few 7/11 a stones throw away Night market and lots of massage places. It's downtown - no shortage of things to eat and neighbors chinatown. Area is lively with all kinds of people. What makes the stay the best is the owner Tom. He will make your stay memorable. All the guest were happy and chatty so that says a lot. Tom creates the vibe. I had a classic room. Suitable for one person cause cozy small.. I like the fact my room didn't have a window because there's clubs in the area and I could only faintly hear music which on a weekend goes to 6am. So no window is good. It was clean and had everything I needed. There's a good bar in the lobby that Tom bartends and can hang out during the day. I would stay again :)

oh i love this place! as soon as u enter the guesthouse and meet tom, u won’t feel as a random guest anymore, but more like u are part of the family ur whole life! rarely met a person who spreads so much positive energy like tom.. the location is superb, in the middle of my favorite area in bkk but still quiet enough at night! room is clean and has everything u need (fridge and a working safe!) trust me, for that price u won’t find anything better in that area! and one more thing, it’s not often that communication before and also after the trip is that easy! so thx for everything tom 🙏

This was my first time to stay at the DeLuxe and I have only praise for the hospitality that I was provided when staying here. My room was spotless, comfortable and met my needs. The hotel is located in an extremely convenient area of Bangkok- easy access to the public transport network, delicious restaurants and a lively neighbourhood to keep you entertained during your stay. My host and owner of the DeLuxe was outstanding. I was offered many useful tips and tricks to navigate the uniqueness of Bangkok. This is a boutique hotel that offers personal human service first rather than those ;other' amenities of those big hotel chains that you never use and are not needed (pools, gyms etc). I will definitely be back to the DeLuxe on my next visit to Bangkok.

I absolutely loved my stay here! it's in the perfect location, easy to walk everywhere, next to the day market and night market, but on a quiet little street so no noise at night. I stayed in a queen private room which was small but very cozy and perfect for what I needed and with good AC. bed was a little bit firm for me personally, but great value and Tom the owner is so lovely and helpful. would stay here again if I'm ever back in Bangkok! couldn't recommend it enough!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Tom was such a delightful host and walked me through the check-in personally. Location was also great with neighborhood restaurants and cafes around the area. Quite accessible as well as it's around 5 minutes away from the BTS station. The room was adequate for me considering I was traveling alone, it was very clean and comfortable.

Elevator's quite slow but you'll get there eventually. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

Tom is amazing, super friendly and really helpful. Gave me with lots of great tips on my arrival. A great welcoming after a long flight. Also great man to have a conversation with and share some life experiences if you want to chill at the hotel. Room is comfy, good AC, shower and fridge, clean. Quiet place and neighborhood for a good night rest, very close to restaurants and bars. All you need is just around the corner. Would totally recommend! Hope to be back soon!

Excellent location close to trains , transport , shops , cafes , night life etc , modern lift in building , the room was clean and tidy , the hot water was excellent with a modern hot water system located in the room which gave instant hot water to the shower

Lacks 24 hour reception but owner was waiting for me when I arrived late at night after my plane arrived more than 5 hours late due to the flight's late departure ,The main reason I booked this hotel room was because it showed a cupboard with two handles where I could use my own lock to lock my items but the room I was given had no cupboard so I had to go and buy my own security box at a shop so I could put my money , passport and other personal item into .The room was very small and the toilet and bathroom were in the same room with only a plastic curtain between the two areas , it had small furniture items in the room which had some good interior design decor .

I had a very pleasant stay. The host spoke perfect English as well as a good amount of German, so communication was very easy. The place has a lovely common area, and the wifi worked really well. Since I didn't bring my own, I asked for a hairdryer at the front desk and was given one right away. There were also two power strips with plenty of USB A ports in my room, which was quite convenient.

Had an amazing stay in Bangkok at this nice hotel. It's near lots of restaurants and a good distance from everywhere you need to go to while in this awesome city. There is a market just a couple of minutes from the hotel where you can indulge in lots of street food at very affordable prices. The room is super cozy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and cool and almost convinced us to want to stay in Bangkok forever 😁. Will definitely be back to Bangkok and would love to stay in this place again 💜

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The owner tom is great he is very knowledgeable and tries to help in each way as he is able to do. He speaks excellent English and other languages which helps a lot of when you check in. He was able to check me in a little earliar as my flight arrived super early so thankfully he was able to accommodate me instead of waiting in the heat intront of the hotel for 2+ hours so whew. Has a bar downstairs and little front yard lounge area to watch a little tv to have a drink. No restraints at the hotel but so many around and has a huge night market which is hundreds of vendors inside a huge market so food is endless at this location and wide variety to choose from. Was fairly quite that I got my sleep in each day. So much activities to do so each day I would ask him to what to do and I did quite a bit in good while almost 2 + weeks that I was there.

I didn’t like the rooms with the no view that I got claustrophobic but as soon as one came available with the city view or street view came up that he was able to move me to it so it was much better. I also didn’t like their red wine which I’m very particular with but switched to their local beer which was much better. There is couple 7/11 nearby which the price is much better if you’re going to go out to buy in big packs to save more money as at the bar will cost a bit more which i didn’t mind much but for longer stayed I would definitely buy some beer in advance and keep it at the fridge as the weather is hot so it’s always nice to come back to your room with some cold ones waiting for you.
