Excellent hotel Large, comfortable, with good gym, swimming pools, gardens, massage. Great location, close to restaurants and bars. Quiet, large room, with views of Bangkok, safe, great Wi-Fi. Great efficient, attentive, friendly employees. The breakfast is fantastic, a feast: Breakfast has several stations: healthy, Chinese, Japanese, Western, etc. There is a Chinese station with congee, a rice soup where the guest adds various seasonings such as peanuts, eggs, and various spices. The Japanese station has miso soup and ingredients to put in the soup, such as tofu, vegetables, seaweed, noodles The healthy station has several options such as a variety of yogurts, fruit, smoked salmon, vegetables with broccoli. There's even ice cream. There are also stations with cheeses, cold cuts, breads of all kinds, and an English coffee station. Special thanks to Jommy Sasa, a waiter in the hotel lounge who serves all guests with great attention, politeness and affection and Kat at the SPA for the massage, herbal thermal compress, attention, education, interest and care

the hotel rooms are very nice, I had a suite which was enormous. Bath and double sinks coffee machine breakfast was very good and includes fresh coconut juice and sparkling wine pool was decent value for this time of year I stayed was very good

the location - depends on where you want to be. This is good for being close to the river and reasonably close to Siam I split my stay in BKK between here and Sukhumvit which worked for me.

It's a stylish modern hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, and although it was busy in the breakfast hall, it did not feel that way. I must mention Khun Ploy in the breakfast hall who was amazing! Very happy with my stay

A little bit expensive..

We had 4 days holiday with CLUB package with free using the CLUB lounge (worth to choose, check what is icluded...) central location, hotel building is not so new, but inside enterior, rooms are excellent, very clean, hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and well trained. We had like our personal assistant Lady Kate, who helped us at check-in, indroducing hotel facilities, CLUB services, SPA/welness/pool etc. There was several option for breakfast, very wide range of meals. It was better than we thinked it.

Central location and sometimes Bangkok car traffic jam is crazy so you can check famous TUK-TUK, you have to fix the price in advance, basicly 300 baht/ USD 10 within few kilometer distance.

Everything is exceptional. From the all staff especially the receptionist are highly trained and very welcoming. I stayed for a couple of days with my boyfriend and the service is top tier. During Songkran we’re always wet and the staff at the entrance hotel are prepared with offering towels to the guest upon entering which is really exceptional. The receptionist was easy to communicate with and always smiling. You can really feel the warm welcome from the staff. Every time I request something from the room they always deliver it on time and promptly. This is definitely one of the best hotels in Bangkok from the staff to facilities.

Loved the location. Pool area & bar was relaxing. Friendly helpful staff. Room design was cool. Very nice bathroom.

Water leaking from shower floor across to toilet entry - its a accident risk for slipping/falling.

Great room with separate living room (with included sofa bed). This type of room is very comfortable for families. Lounge on the 24 floor is pleasant bonus with snacks, drinks and food. Good bed and pillows and there’s no noise, blackout curtains if needed. Close to 7/11, metro and BTS

I don’t like at all freezing from my credit card before accommodation and after that one more charging the total amount from my card. Now I have two times expanses for this accommodation. And that’s absolutely terrible . You have to use previous freezing, not new debiting. I prefer to have fresh juices during the breakfast. The hand shower has a leak in bath tube. There is not enough space for clothes (only for two persons is max)

Having conciege deliver my 'lost luggage' after it was delivered by Air India (early on day 2) was a definate plus. Breakfast was very nice although somewhere between the kitchen and my room the scrambled eggs I ordered morphed into an omellete, which was also very nice.

I know this is very old fashioned but I told the girl at reception my room didn't have a room service menu and she directed me to the pamphlet provided with one of those square code boxes that need to be scanned. I had a scanning app on my phone (which I had never used) so gave it a try and found the Hotel's Room Service quite easily. But to be honest, there's nothing quite like browsing a 'proper' menu when deciding to eat in, and it doesn't have to be a multi-page technicolor gold embossed leather bound tome. A simple printed page (or two) would be totally acceptable.
