2nd time staying at the hotel and it totally exceeded my expectations. Staff are friendly as well as responsive and patient to my enquiries. Check-in was fast and smooth. Hotel was located at the back of a short alley, away from the main road traffic. Plenty of amenities surrounding or nearby the hotel to meet all your needs. The mrt and skytrain are all within walking distance for you to get to the attractions that you want to go.

Hotel is located off a main road, so getting to and from the hotel will sometimes require a bit of your patience but that can't be helped. Public transportation are nearby, so nothing much to complain about.

I have been staying at this hotel every time I visit Bangkok. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is good and the manager is very welcoming. Great location too.

Room was noisy : on side of a road with much traffic. Next time : please a quiet room at the other side. Breakfast can be better : more western if possible.

Super location and really good size room. Very quiet too. Bed was super comfortable. Even though the floor I was on was under renovation there was no disturbance. Room cleaned and amenities provided everyday. Staff were very polite. Safe and fridge in executive room. They has a restaurant on the ground floor but I did not use it.

Wifi was just ok. could not watch movies on ipad but youtube and browsing was ok. Anyway the data is very cheap on phone so could use hotspot for ipad. Would prefer smart tv in room for this price.

Very very close to the gay entertainment areas and all other convenient shops such as 711 Pharmacies, restaurants etc and the sky train ( Sala Deang station) to Siam, Chatachuk or the river port as well to airport.

I have been staying at the Tarntawan Hotel whenever traveling through Bangkok for many years. The hotel is always clean and quiet which is nice when escaping the bustle of the city. The staff are always welcoming and reflect the true meaning of “The Land of Smiles”. I look forward to my next visit to this wonderful hotel, my home away fro home in Thailand.

The breakfast menu is a bit limited, though is generally included in the room price. The portions are a bit stingy, but can be supplemented with an adequate breakfast bar.

The room was a great size. While there was a window, the view was of concrete and a metal fence about 6 inches from my window. Consequently, it was like being in a cave or a sensory deprivation room.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel is in a central location 2 mins walk from the Patpong Market and nightclub district, but it is very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with a working fridge and TV. The room was spacious with alot of space to store your luggage and they have a seating / lounge area. The hotel provides breakfast either as part of your package or for extra which caters for European tastes.

Breakfast service was slow on the second day that we were there, but this was due to a group of guests being demanding on the staff member dealing with breakfast.

Excellent location within walking distance of both the BTS and MRT, making it accessible to most tourist destinations. The hotel also has a small drinking spot at the hotel entrance, though the choice is limited. The hotel staff are wonderful.

I'm not a fan of bathtubs due to mobility issues. The hot water system takes a bit of getting used to.

The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The room is huge and the bed, comfortable (also huge). The location is good if you are seeking a hotel in the Silom area. Skytrain and Metro stations are just minutes away.

I wasn't unhappy with anything, although things that were on offer in past visits were now on request eg. no welcome drink, fruit in the room, robes etc were once just there!
