Great location in Si Lom. Helpful staff and cleaning service. Comfy big bed, a fridge, good bathroom facilities. Cutlery, some plates and cups available for use. Balcony in the room, which is also a good source of natural lighting. Access to a washing machine and dryer next to reception area (I used both, twice). I stayed 7 nights at his place on 7th floor.

AC unit a bit fiddly/difficult to control exactly. Room equipment somewhat run down (scratches etc.) but operational none the less, just do not expect the luxury per folder. ;-) Possibly a bit pricy vs the alternatives but I have not investigated other options that much, as I had to find something quickly due to a change in my plans.

Location was perfect, walking distance to local massage parlors, bars and street food. Reception was very nice, offered to look after my luggage in the back room even if I arrived early, so I can start exploring the morning life of Bangkok without having to drag my suitcase around. Offered taxi pre-booking service before checking out, made my departure pretty smooth because taxi driver was already waiting for me when I was checking out.

There was a funny and unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink, probably due to old pipe lines. If a freshener was installed to cover that, would be a perfect room.

If you don’t care about having a pool, this place is really great for the money. The outside premises can seem a bit simple, but the room itself is excellent and large for the price. My friends booked a much more expensive place, they had a pool and breakfast, but their rooms were much smaller than mine. I did not find a single insect in my room, everything worked perfectly, the aircondition is great, large bed. Very happy with this place, will definitely book again if I stay here in Bangkok. 9/10

Showerhead was a little weak, but no problem unless you are in a rush.

Convenient location in a quiet area, yet close to restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and the metro, all within a 2 to 5-minute walk. The hotel is clean and matches its price. Having two balconies was very convenient. The staff is friendly.

The bed was hard, a softer mattress topper is needed. The Wi-Fi, despite showing three bars, worked only at two, and the connection occasionally dropped. I worked remotely from the hotel at times, and it wasn’t very convenient.

Excellent hotel, really appreciate all of the extras that you get for booking it. The laundry facility, gym, and location all play into how great it is. The desk staff is also really awesome and 24/7, so when I come back to Bangkok this will be my go to place!

Very little - it's all minor stuff like not having a chair to sit on the balcony.

Pictures are correct. - clean bathroom - room cleaning is done efficiently soon after you leave the room in the morning. Nice staff. - 2 free bottles of water per day - a large fridge

A minor thing, but i prefer to mention it. The pricing policy information for this hotel on the website of Booking.com states: "no credit card or booking fees". I guaranteed my booking with my credit card, but upon my arrival, the receptionist mentioned that if I used my credit card, a 4 percent charge would be added to the bill. The hotel however allowed me to pay in cash the next day.

The location was good for Silom. BTS: Sala Daeng or Chong Nonsi 600m/ 9-11 min walk. Food: - Convent Street 500m(lots of hawkers restaurants and stalls). - Thanon Phat Phong hmorning market(must try). - Soi Silom 5 & 7 morning market. -Brioche from Heaven cafe 360m away only. Chronic Store Trinity 500m(opens 2pm to 11pm) Property is safe and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. You can buy toiletries from small old grocery opposite the hotel on the right. Nice restaurants and cafes around. Stayed 2N 3D. Food is good and available easily on mornings to afternoon. There are a few stalls that open up to 8pm. It's more of a quiet place.

The balcony was too small. The room was comfy but a little tight for walking space. It may be a little uncomfortable for bigger size couples.

Friendly staff, well equipped room just like in the description and photos! Good location, although we would usually use taxis. Vivid neighborhood, day and night!

The room is quite small. The window would look out to a wall of the next building. Not much natural light. It isn't a room you want to stay your vacation in, but I anyway don't like to stay much at the hotel when visiting a new destination!

The staff there are so cooperate. The location is incredible, you can visit many places by the variety of transportation such as MRT, BTS also bus. The room is quite tiny but it's comfortable.

The shower heater is cut off sometimes when you turn it on for long time, but you should turn off the water for a minute after that it will be worked as usual.

Perfect location, few minute walk to the BTS station, market, 7-11, hospital, street food, etc... Room was a little small due to a king size bed. There was not much room to store bif suitcase or open it up. Room had many shelves and drawers. Bathroom was clean and shower area was big. AC worked ok. Staff were very nice and professional. They can book a taxi to the airport with a very low price. It was very quiet at night and very secure. Free 2 bottles of water a day.

Room did not have tissue box. Television had bad reception, either no pictures or very grainy. AC blew cold air directly to the headboard made it uncomfortable to sleep. On the lst day, housekeeping forgot to restock cotton bud.
