Good location-Chong Nonsi BTS station is just a short walk away. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Great WiFi and great aircon. Bed was great.

Walking distance from Lumphini Park and 15 to 20 minutes by MRT or BTS train to most major malls of Bangkok. Conveniently situated close to major touristic and iconic area. Lots of street food stalls around.

Location was the winning point as it was fairly central to MRT and local shops. Just minutes away from Silom and close on subways to all other central shopping locations. Staff were very helpful.

Older building and rooms aged. Functional if you seek basic simplicity.

Smart tv, near everything, friendly staff

Room had a smell coming from bathroom . Possibly from old plumbing.

The bed and blanket is very comfortable.

Internet does not work. Doesn't allow me to connect to a stronger connection. The staff was very rude and cannot understand English. There was a blackout one time so I asked if there was no power or just saving but staff ignored me. I proceeded to the elevator to check if it worked and she still ignored me. Since it didn't, I had to go up the stairs which was pitch black and full of items/debris that maybe only 0.6m was passable. Least she could do was answer me that there is no power and I had to take the stairs. Worst booking experience of my life.
