Loved everything about the place, right from the seamless check-in, the size of the suite, the comfortable beds, the facilities provided, the amazing breakfast to the staff going out of their way to help us with everything we needed. Special shoutout to the staff, really. They helped us book cabs to go out of Bangkok, printed out detailed instructions to use the MRT and BTS and were ever ready to answer all our queries with a smile on their faces.They had every quality to make our stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience. If I ever visit Bangkok again, I will be staying in at Yellow Ribbon Hills without a doubt!

Our 2-week stay has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff, led by the incredible Montira (Manager), have gone above and beyond to ensure our stay is memorable. Montira's warm hospitality and attention to detail have made us feel truly special. Oh, at the reception, is also deserving of special mention - always smiling and ready to help. The entire team is kind, helpful, and courteous, making us feel like part of the family. Our spacious, well-equipped apartment has been a comfortable haven, and the hotel's restaurant serves delicious meals The location is superb, with the air train, mall, shops, and street food all within a short walk. We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate this milestone anniversary. Thank you, Montira, Oh, and the entire Yellow Ribbon Hills team, for creating unforgettable memories for us! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a warm, welcoming, and comfortable stay in Bangkok!

We are used to a softer bed so we found the bed quite firm. However we got used to it and slept well regardless

The hotel is a great value for money, great location in a quiet area but also convenient to get bolt or grab car or even walk to the BTS station ( take like 10-15 min) family room is clean , spacious and comfortable a bit outdated but match the hotel star rate Staff is responsive and helpful having a self laundry was also a great addition with reasonable price also having a full kitchen was very convenient Wifi is great and very fast in summary overall stay was great and highly recommnded as a budget hotel in Bangkok

Cleaning level was different between rooms but the staff is responsive and attend to any comments which is good and very positive

Well the property is nice, fast service, Joe at the reception was always of a great support, he always did his best to support us. There are several restaurants and super markets close to the hotel. They allowed us for late check out as our flight was late.

First of all when we arrived we have been offered an outdated room and it was super smelly, when we asked the receptionist Paul we need another room he replied to us: “there aren’t any other, cancel the booking and go find another hotel” which was super impolite and we got this after very long trip and we were a group including kids. - The hotel is outdated and apparently they are renovating it step by step. - The hotel street is very small and tricking the cars as it is two way road - during our stay there were some maintenance work between 6th to 10th April but we were surprised on the 11th and 12th April with drilling and hammering in the morning without we got notified and kids were scared.

Staff are polite and helpfull. I had to check at midnight due to my flight arrival time and there was staff at the reception. The area was quiet at night and there is a 7-11 open all day, in addition to being close to a bus and a train station. The apartment was spaceous, the air conditioning was great, and the kitchen had some utensilsin addition to a clothes drying rack. There are washing machines and dryers in one of the levels for 80-90b, which is a plus even though I didn’t need to use them. Breakfast options were great as they had eggs cooked in different styles and a menu for each day apart from providing steamed rice, fruits, jam, peanut butter, honey and toast along with coffee from a coffe machine and severa types of tea.

Although the apartment looked like it has been cleaned, there was some random hair in the bathroom and the shower curtain definitely requires bleaching. There was a small lizard that showed up on the first day which is normal for this climate, but I would rather it wasn’t indoor.

First and foremost, let me rave about the serene atmosphere! The location is nothing short of a quiet and peaceful, it made my stay utterly relaxing. The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. Now, I must commend your staff, they are the heart and soul of your establishment! Every team member I encountered was not just friendly, but radiated warmth and genuine kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect, addressing every need with a smile.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I found that the number of electrical outlets in the room was insufficient for charging my devices. In today’s world, many guests rely on multiple electronic devices, and having only a limited number of outlets can be quite inconvenient. I suggest considering the addition of more outlets or providing multi-port charging stations in the room. This improvement could enhance the overall guest experience and accommodate the needs of modern travelers.

We stayed for 4 nights as two adults and a small child and were very happy with our stay. The apartment-style accommodation was spacious and comfortable. There was a living area combined with a kitchen that had two beds, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The apartment also had a large bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and excellent water pressure, plus an additional separate toilet. Both rooms had their own air conditioning, and it was quiet at night, which made for a very relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for our things. The location is great—close to Chong Nonsi metro station, which made getting around easy. The hotel has a small restaurant, but we found the prices quite high, so we didn’t eat there. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend this place for a comfortable and well-located stay in the city.

Can't rate this place highly enough, we visited after traveling for a few months and it was so comforting to have a beautiful spacious and clean apartment with a kitchen. It really felt like home. The facilities were all so well maintained and it just felt so nice to have the luxury of space in a big city like Bangkok. There is no swimming pool, so depends on what kind of holiday you're after! But we didn't miss it. The hotel is on a nice quiet street which makes it easy to get in and out but is just a short walk (less than 10 mins) from an MRT station, shopping malls, lots of restaurants and local night markets. There are a few really good restaurants nearby, can't recommend Plu enough. Also plenty of street carts for something quick and tasty.

The location was quite good about a 10-minute walk to the BTS Chong Nonsi Station. I like the large rooms with the kitchen units and small dining table, it was very spacious. The gym was small but still, you could at least do simple workouts. They also have a coin laundry on the property. The best thing about the property was the staff's service and help. The manager, whose name started with an "M," and the front desk person "Jo" were very helpful and spoke English very well. The other ladies at the front desk were also very hospitable. They gave very good directions and suggestions.

Because the property is located in a business district, on weekdays there are a lot of restaurants and a local food market very close by. But on the weekends, especially on Sundays, there are very few options for eating out around the property. Even Top's Market food court closes on Sundays around 3:00-4:00 pm. The food court on the other side of Chong Nonsi Station called Taste of Thai was open daily and was very good.
