Everything was outstanding. The service was very polite. The room immediately felt like home, welcoming, eye-catching, bright. The details, all was thought out. The room had like vintage Japanese vibe, so comfy. I'd stay here again and again. Place with a soul! The bathroom was something special, sparkling clean and beautiful. The water pressure is really good. Couldn't prolong our staying, it was all booked out in seconds.

There are some kitchen appliances, but you can't use anything. They have strict rules about cooking in the room. That was a little weird, but it didn't bother us much.

A really nice apartment, the rooms are huge with us separate living area and bedroom that cleaned every day. We had seen on other reviews that there are a few ants around, and we did have some in the bathroom and kitchen, but not sure where they were coming from as the property is so well looked after and spotlessly clean! Overall would recommend staying here, the location is great, quiet neighbourhood and walkable distance to the subway.

Lovely decor, throughout the hotel and wonderfully situated. Round a corner to stop too much traffic noise, but close enough to many amenities too. Not all rooms have the Japanese tatami mat style seating. Others simply had sofas instead. So be sure to request it.

Kitchen has very basic supplies. Not enough to cook anything. I assume because they don't want you cooking hot food.

Big room with lots of space. Shiny, clean wooden floors and Japanese-style furniture. Comfortable beds.Water pressure was very strong. Bath tub was nice. Staff were very friendly. I especially liked the coin-operated washing machine and dryer located outside the building for hotel residents' exclusive use.

You have to watch your step on the bathroom as some tiles are higher than the rest (like a mini-step, this is a bathroom slip/fall hazard). No elevators so if you're carrying heavy luggage, be prepared to lug it up the staircase or request for a 2nd floor room. Also, the facilities of the apartments are not the same. I order 2 apartment rooms, but the facililties are not the same. My friend's room had a microwave oven, while I didn't have any. And his refrigerator was bigger.

Good location. The staff are friendly and nice, they allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out until we came back for our flight, they gave us free waters. Plus, the hotel has a unique Japanese design.

We found ants in the bathroom and on the bed. You need to pay more to use the kitchen for cooking.

The owner, was super friendly and accommodating. Close walking distance to the sky train. Head up to the main road cross the overhead bridge, turn right at the church opposite is a gas station. And you will straight down to Silom road.

Large and confortable rooms in a quiet place, but still walking distance to Metro and BTS (around 15 mins).

WiFi was a bit unreliable in my room.

Fairly good position. Japanese decor

No lift so a bit difficult if you have heavy baggage though they did help me with my bags and gave me a room on the first floor.

Interesting design, no noise from neighbors, helpful stuff.

A lot of ants, very shaky bed (my wife woke up several times when I just turned over to the other side)

There's still the issue of uneven tiles and steps. My mother tripped twice and almost got injured. Apart from these floor hazards, everything is perfect.
