Very nice hotel. Excellent personnel (polite and always ready to help), good breakfast, incredible open pool (with hydromassage) at 5th floor with sauna. Rooms are well equipped, some items (like shower) should be maintained more often. But the whole impression is very good. Hotel is highly recommended, especially for families. Just think that in family rooms you will have the bathroom with very good view (it has window!)

Some things (like shower - there were sometimes problems to switch it between upper shower and flex one) at bathroom should be maintained more often - like it should be in 5 star hotel. This is about to meet high standards - of course, in real situation everyone understands that all things can't de done immediately. Personnel, I'm sure, does its best to do it ASAP.

having a two room apartment made this stay so much better than having two hotel rooms. loved having our own washing facilities.

would have liked to see small amounts of the essentials such as washing powder, dish soap, tea, coffee etc. Had to buy in quantity that was a waste for the three night stay.

Good location. If you keep on going down the street, you will find everything you need: 7/11, restaurants, massage places, food stands, good coffee places, etc. I really liked the area and it was okay to walk around with a stroller. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view from the bathroom. We also loved the pool and play area for kids, which was next to the pool. They also have a kids pool that is half a meter deep. Our 3 year old could stand and play in it without a problem. Very big breakfast selection.

Laundry service way too expensive! We paid 100€ which was way too much even for a high standard hotel! Breakfast area was overrun between 9 and 10:30am and staff was overwhelmed. Better go earlier. We loved the kids play area but there were lots of mosquitos. Maybe they could spray the room during the night or something.

• Location is not central and is a bit far from the BTS. • Reliance on taxis for transportation, leading to significant time wasted in Bangkok traffic. • Limited shuttle service with the latest departure at 11 am on weekdays and 2 pm on weekends. • Lack of flexibility for late check-out.

we got the two bedroom suite. the room was very comfortable and clean. service and staff were great and friendly. the breakfast was way below expectation, and the buffet was very poor. in addition, most the dishes were of pork, which was a problem for non-pork eaters. the breakfast area was very small and cramped.

definitely the breakfast needs a lot of improvements in food variety and quality. did not feel that the breakfast area was clean and tidy

Room was nice, big and very clean with great AC features. Breakfast was good, although it was hard to find the main room while sitting in the main entrance from the hotel. Location was perfect, close to the office area with multiple options for shopping and dining.

For some reason the room was not properly sealed. There was a cigarette smell from the other rooms/floors. Breakfast main room is separated from the dining area (I believe that is the regular coffee shop outside of breakfast timings)

Spacious room, nice deco, comfortable bed, good food, facilities nearby restaurants and food market

On our demand to book an additional night because of flight cancellation, the guy at the reception present at this time was very arrogant, and boldly told us he couldn't do anything in a harsh manner because the hotel was full. His name is MR PIG ( No joke, name was written on his badge). I understand the fact that we can't stay when the hotel is full, but he could have explained in a more polite, calm and warm manner. Leaving us with a very cold check out after 20 nights stay. This guy shouldn't be here.

Location and amenities. There are grocery stores,cafes and bars nearby. The Naga Thai Restaurant and the Bartels Cafe nearby were excellent

Bathroom needs more hooks to hang clothes and towels. The front office was slow in checking us in and checking us out. We were not informed about a 500 Baht Meal Credit but made to pay a discounted rate for breakfast on the first day.Also we were not aware of a complimemtary pick up from the airport before we arrived

Perfect for families! The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and offered plenty of room for kids to play while giving parents privacy. Breakfast was delicious, though it could get crowded. The staff did a fantastic job accommodating all guests.

while centrally located, heavy traffic made it time-consuming to reach Bangkok's main attractions. Additionally, dining options, particularly halal restaurants, were limited in the immediate area.

The staff were friendly and kind. And so quick when you need them.

I hope the food will be muslim friendly in the future.and The privacy sign always falling from the door. I think it’s better to hang it near the door by separate nail beside the door.
