Very nice hotel. Excellent personnel (polite and always ready to help), good breakfast, incredible open pool (with hydromassage) at 5th floor with sauna. Rooms are well equipped, some items (like shower) should be maintained more often. But the whole impression is very good. Hotel is highly recommended, especially for families. Just think that in family rooms you will have the bathroom with very good view (it has window!)

Some things (like shower - there were sometimes problems to switch it between upper shower and flex one) at bathroom should be maintained more often - like it should be in 5 star hotel. This is about to meet high standards - of course, in real situation everyone understands that all things can't de done immediately. Personnel, I'm sure, does its best to do it ASAP.

We arrived in Bangkok with a hotel arranged and pre-paid. Sadly, we weren't willing to stay there as it would have spoiled the end of our holiday. We made a last-minute booking at The Marriott, and it was outstanding. The staff, the doorman, the porter, and the reception were absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Our needs were catered for, and we were given a substantial upgrade. The apartment was huge, clean, tidy, and excellently resourced. We chose not to cook, but the kitchen was we stocked with utensils and crockery. Although we chose not to eat there, the food looked excellent and wasn't overpriced. We would definitely stay again. Absolutely loved it.

Really large apartments, very comfortable beds and easily accessible to the airport. The location suited us as we visited Bangkok on the weekend and the traffic wasn’t too bad to get around. We also enjoyed a few nearby restaurants, Kalamansi kafe and Cagette Canteen & Deli.

The tv randomly switched on in my son’s room during the night which woke him up, which was annoying and one of the showers wasn’t working so we all shared the main shower room, the staff offered to fix the latter, but only staying two nights it wasn’t a big deal.

Good location. If you keep on going down the street, you will find everything you need: 7/11, restaurants, massage places, food stands, good coffee places, etc. I really liked the area and it was okay to walk around with a stroller. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view from the bathroom. We also loved the pool and play area for kids, which was next to the pool. They also have a kids pool that is half a meter deep. Our 3 year old could stand and play in it without a problem. Very big breakfast selection.

Laundry service way too expensive! We paid 100€ which was way too much even for a high standard hotel! Breakfast area was overrun between 9 and 10:30am and staff was overwhelmed. Better go earlier. We loved the kids play area but there were lots of mosquitos. Maybe they could spray the room during the night or something.

Everything was excellent - the beds, the room and above all, the super front of house staff

A very minor point: the breakfast room was extremely noisy as a result of the heavy chairs being scraped back along the tiled floor as people sat down or got up again to use the buffet. This problem could be completely erased by fixing pads to the foot of each chair leg.

• Location is not central and is a bit far from the BTS. • Reliance on taxis for transportation, leading to significant time wasted in Bangkok traffic. • Limited shuttle service with the latest departure at 11 am on weekdays and 2 pm on weekends. • Lack of flexibility for late check-out.

having a two room apartment made this stay so much better than having two hotel rooms. loved having our own washing facilities.

would have liked to see small amounts of the essentials such as washing powder, dish soap, tea, coffee etc. Had to buy in quantity that was a waste for the three night stay.

we got the two bedroom suite. the room was very comfortable and clean. service and staff were great and friendly. the breakfast was way below expectation, and the buffet was very poor. in addition, most the dishes were of pork, which was a problem for non-pork eaters. the breakfast area was very small and cramped.

definitely the breakfast needs a lot of improvements in food variety and quality. did not feel that the breakfast area was clean and tidy

Room was nice, big and very clean with great AC features. Breakfast was good, although it was hard to find the main room while sitting in the main entrance from the hotel. Location was perfect, close to the office area with multiple options for shopping and dining.

For some reason the room was not properly sealed. There was a cigarette smell from the other rooms/floors. Breakfast main room is separated from the dining area (I believe that is the regular coffee shop outside of breakfast timings)

I liked that it had a washing machine and tumble dryer. It's also lovely having a kitchen although I didn't use it.

It did have a funny smell to it and also they have smart Samsung tvs that only can be used with certain phones. A big plus would be that they worked correctly and you can relax watching some Netflix or Amazon. I feel being a Marriott that this is a must and quite easy to do.
