The location is perfect to go around and the staff is really lovely and helpful (except one really agressive and impolite lady at the reception). View is nice, Room is ok but a little old.

The lady at the reception downgrade us because they make overbooking without offering any refund or compensation for this downgrade. After negociation on the phone, we get finally 2 free breakfasts to balance the downgrade with no refund of the price difference but when we arrive they decide to take out 1 breakfast because they find another room, still not the type we ve booked and not better. In my opinion this is really not commercial from a hotel especially when it's not customers fault. The lady was really antipathic and agressive on our arrival when she should apologise of her mistake instead. I think it's really sad that 1 person can ruin guests' stay when all the other staff is amazing. Maybe the hotel should do something about this.

The suites are very spacious and comfortable (great beds & fresh white linens) and excellent value. I picked this hotel because of it's revues but ultimately down to price and proximity to the BTS - (overhead rail system) because I figured we could get around the city easily and also the price enabled me and my girlfriend to book individual rooms for 4 nights last week We took the BTS to Sathorn Pier for 32 bhat one way (6 stops) and took the tourist ferry (150 bhat for all day pass) and went to Wat Po, Wat Arun, The Golden Palace, Iconsiam. It is close to Mahanakhon Skywalk also. The hotel has its's own tuktuk and we availed of, the first morning to get to the BTS station. I thought that was a great amenity - it's free but we tipped 20 bhat. I really enjoyed the pool area and all of the bar staff were welcoming, and attentive, helpful and efficient, especially Joy. She waited on us mostly and was so friendly, and provided excellent service. Another member of staff that stands out, is Mr. Noom who was so helpful with our luggage, getting us a taxi or helping us out with maps. In effect he was our concierge and always greeting guests with a smile on his face. We were very happy overall with everything and being our first time in Bangkok, delighted with the location and easy access to all that we wanted to see and do.

The hotel has gone through some renovations so the styles are a little mixed. Lobby and common areas are modern / chic and rooms a little dated especially the bathrooms, but my only complaint would be that the glass shower partition isn't wide enough so water flooded out on to the floor despite me moving the shower head to the wall side and then the water collected around the rim of the bath and flowed out even more. Easily soaked up with a few towels but didn't like having to use them to do that.

The room was so neat and clean and it was a right choice in choosing this hotel. The staff are so professional and always at your service with a smile. The price of their food are affordable and we have a buffet for breakfast. Their food taste good too. We even have a tuk tuk for free that drops us at the silom complex mall. Walk in distance to the centre and very near to pratunam market and chatuchak by car. I would surely recommend to choose this hotel. They even gave me an early check in without additional charge. My room was all set when i got there.

The furnitures are a bit outdated and the bathroom need to be renovated but i can assure that the room is very clean

Great location and very spacious two-bedroom apartment. The staff are very kind and helpful and the apartment was cleaned daily. We were given an early check-in by the reception staff which was a blessing after a long flight.

The pool in the building was under renovation; we could use one in the adjoining building but it was cold and lacked charm. There was a persistent bad smell in one bathroom. Despite being advertised as having a balcony, there was none in the apartment.

We were travelling with our toddler, so to have so much space was really exceptional. Also to have the bedroom separate so she could sleep peacefully and we could still use the rest of the room. It’s not far from the BTS, maybe 7 minutes, or there is a free shuttle too. The most exceptional part about the place was the staff. They are so professional and friendly, and so welcoming after our long journey. They were great with my daughter too, she loved them! This extends to reception, security guards, door men, everyone. The area is vibrant and safe, with lots of great food options on your doorstep. We used the pool too, the baby pool is nicely shaded.

Some more utensils and bowls in the room would be good, and a towel to dry your hands in the kitchen. Very minor!

The 2-bedroom apartment suite was excellent, spacious and homely. Furnishing were superb, and the room service was also efficient and perfect for us. Food & drinks (especially breakfast buffett) were very good. Hotel amenities (like swimming pool, gym) were good enough for us, although additions like a tea-time lounge and children play area could've added to our experience. We were in Bangkok when the 28-March-2025 Myanmar earthquake also shook the city, and we're fortunate to have been unaffected. The 20+ storey hotel buildings were also unaffected with structural integrity intact. We were allowed back into our rooms after 2hours since the earthquake. Overall, our stay has been all positive, and we're grateful to the hotel staff for their hospitality and quality service.

Room was huge, if anything to big for 2 of us. Nice balcony though view wasn't to good. Kitchen facilities though only made good use of the fridge freezer as so many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Did use the hotel restaurant which was good and friendly. The hotel has a main wing where reception is and a second wing where we were. The 2nd wing appears to have the balcony wing. The 2nd wing just needed to walk in to the lifts but unless you got room smart key you can't get upto the rooms. Security also outside so felt safe.

I'm 58 now and hips not in a good condition so struggled to walk the distance needed. There was however a hotel tuktuk to take you to main area if needed. For those without mobility issues I think the location is fine.

It was our second stay at Bandara and it was even better than two years ago. Our kids love this hotel, the location is extremely convenient for sightseeing, shopping, wandering around. The rooms are very comfortable, we even had a free upgrade to a corner apartment which we highly appreciated. The breakfast is very good and with enough variety, the staff is very helpful and nice. They provide a free shuttle to and from the nearest metro station which was very nice and helped us a lot given that we were traveling with two young kids. We are enjoyed our holiday greatly and I am sure that our love for Bangkok was enhanced by Bandara. 100% recommend to book here!

Location was ideal for us, nice neighborhood with everything one may need at hand, yet calm and quiet. Room was well equipped and staff very friendly. Room cleaning every day, daily fresh water and snacks. We also enjoyed pool-bar area with happy hour 1+1 on drinks.

We decided to book Executive Room (Guaranteed High Floor 23F-26F), however the view from the room was a little disappointing as there is another building right next some 10 meters from our window. Shower hose was a bit too short, you need to stand right next to tap to take shower, which goes against the fact that you are in a bathtub.

We stayed at the One-bedroom suite. We had first booked the Studio, but it was not good, so we upgraded to the one-bedroom suite, which was great. The staff was very nice, cordial, and respectful. They allowed us to do an early check-in for no extra charge, which was awesome. The location is convenient, safe, quiet, and close to the Silom subway station, with plenty of options for food and shopping. We loved it!

The shower is too strong and spills water all over the bathroom. On the first day, the bathroom got all wet after we showered; later, we learned how to deal with it. Anyway, every day we had to put towels on the floor to ensure we got a dry floor after showering.
