The hotel is gorgeous and situated on a quiet, safe street off the main very noisy area. Although undergoing some light renovations it didn't effect our stay and work noise was kept to a minimum during a few hours in the middle of each day. We would definitely recommend playing more for the breakfast and be sure to clarify on check-in what this includes. We had paid but weren't made aware in the restaurant that in paying, you could enjoy any item off the a l carte menu too. Otherwise breakfast is very simple: toast, cereal and a bit of fruit. Overall an absolute diamond of a hotel, small beautifully furnished in a very central but quiet location.

Think the hotel needs to bring in more de-humidifiers to the rooms as the moisture levels were mega high with just the 1 running. That said we did travel in Asia in July/Aug, so largely to be expected!

The location is incredible, a 5 minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS, the staff are friendly and welcoming but the most beautiful thing about this hotel is the style and decor, it has to be one of the prettiest hotels I've ever stayed in, simply amazing

The cleaning could be better, I have a habit of always cleaning the toilet seat just to be sure, and when I started cleaning this one, I could clearly see some staining which ment it wasn't properly cleaned

The place is nice, clean, and comfy. Doesn't make you feel like you are in a hotel rather like home.. Everything is well arranged and everything is in the right place. The staff were nice and helpful all the time. The location is near shopping malls, stations, and restaurants. However, there were two things I didn't like. The walls are not noise proof, so you can hear everything outside the door, and probably they can hear you.. The bed makes noise since it is steel. The second thing is they don't have breakfast buffet it is order from the menu, and we serve not many options.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a/c, bottled water, soap, shampoo etc, and a lock box. The location of the property was close to transit, shops, restaurants and amenities. It was down a quiet street, which made it a nice retreat. Others have commented on it being down a narrow dark street. This is true but we didn’t feel unsafe and it was easy and fast to get back to the bustle. The rooftop pool was great and offers a nice view of the skyline. The restaurant served a variety of foods and was reasonably priced. Great cappuccino!

Nothing.

We loved that the property was in a really accessible area! There were two train lines we used a lot which got us basically everywhere we wanted to go. Additionally, the staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was very comfortable for two people and the shower/bathroom facilities were great. We loved that we had an opening window as well. The hotel was on a very quiet street even though the area was busy. There is a great cafe/restaurant on the corner, dept stores very close and a great mango sticky rice cart not too far away! The pool area was also lovely and had a great view over the neighbourhood.

The only thing that was a little tricky was the air conditioning when we were going to sleep. If you left it on all night it was very cold (even on lowest mode) and was pointed directly at one of the twin beds. If you tuned it off completely it was a bit stuffy. Not a big problem, I think that we are a little sensitive to the aircon air!

The decoration and cleanness all over the hotel was of a high standard. Hotel location made it very easy to travel around Bangkok, with MRT and underground stations close by. Required only short walk to the Lumphini Park and Benchakiti Park, shops, food markets and highest building of Bangkok Mahanakhon Skywalk (incredible place with 360 view of Bangkok and breathtaking sunsets). Hotel staff were absolutely amazing, helpful and super kind. Although, travelling solo I felt safe and well looked after. My stay was very special thanks to them all!

Breakfast was fabulous with an ala carte main and small selection of buffet for everything else. The acai bowl was an delightful treat. Room and bathroom were spacious and shower pressure excellent. Slight drain smell in the room but that disappeared after a bit and didn't come back. I slept well. Location was convenient, about 7 mins walk from the Silom sky train station, though it's on a tiny street that you have to pass through dark streets to get to. Staff spoke good English and a young lady there was exceptionally friendly and a great conversationalist while we waited for our taxi.

Room view was next building view, though that didn't bother me much.

Small, quiet, comfortable, stylish. Good location handy for bus stop and train station. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Nice little pool on the roof for a dip after a hot sticky day exploring. Within a short walk of plenty of places to eat.

It’s tucked away down an alley which can get clogged up with traffic and a bit tricky when walking.

Great hotel to stay in Bangkok! On our travel around Thailand, we chose to stay there as a base hotel in Bangkok. It's modern, well decorated with nice and clean rooms. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Especially Kiki, she helped us every time with our transport to airports and gave us useful information every time we asked her. Hotel's location is great. It's near BTS and MRT lines in Sala Daeng and Si Lom. It's in a quiet street behind Silom Complex mall and there are many shops and restaurants around the area. Don't miss the street food around the corner! It's great!

Hotel is very nice and in a good location. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and big. I liked the breakfast options from the menu. In general very cosy hotel and we would stay there again.

The smell in the room due to air conditioner and no possibility to open the window. It was not a big problem but still would be good to have a bit more fresh air in the room.
