Good location and charming room, good value for money

Very kind but completely ‘untrained’ and clueless staff. We arrived around 7pm they gave us the room and then they started changing the sheets. Next day when we wanted to check out they thought we are checking in. Incredibly nice and smiling all the time but clueless

The location is really central, the horel is close to restaurants, parks, malls, etc. In general it was a good experience. The only thing that doesn't have lift, so if you have a big luggage you need to carry through the stairs.

It was relatively quiet (construction not far), clean and easy to walk to most places. Affordable place. Very nice for a few days.

If some people are loud in the common areas, we can hear everything. It’s not really pleasant at night.

Staff were friendly with me. Very comfy location.

They have wash machines but they are very slow. F Room floors should be cleaned up better way or we need simple slippers.

I asked them to check on my room. Was oke but they didn’t. Can happen. Only stayed there for 2 nights.

The room was big and modern with a very comfortable bed, but but but….

- The receptionist (or more accurately, the young girl who let me in) did not speak a word of English. When I asked her for the Wi-Fi code she looked blankly at me. There was no point asking her anything else. I later read in the booking confirmation that there was no Wi-Fi. Hotels charging this much should surely have Wi-Fi. - no toilet paper in the bathroom - when I returned later in the evening I found the front door locked. After much banging and a long wait another guest noticed me and to my relief let me in. It was a rather stressful experience. He explained that you could enter through a side door using a code. Of course the receptionist had failed to explain this to me. Overall the owners seem to know how to build a hotel but not how to run one.

I like the hotel's location only.
