We have been regular guests for several years. The quality of The Quarter remains constant, long stays are really comfortable. We appreciate the services at the reception and the Bell boys, Brian, Yan are good drivers of the shuttle to the metro or the BTS. The breakfast offers an extremely varied choice of Asian and European dishes prepared with care, it is delicious! The staff, from the morning, is professional and charming. Thanks to Bua, Sara, Ae, Tem, always attentive and smiling. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is comfortable and shaded. This is our favorite hotel for our stays in Bangkok. Thank you.

The room is small, but you have everything you need. The minibar is well stocked with reasonable prices. The breakfast was good with a separate egg station. The bed was perfect!

There were no hot water out of the shower. When trying hot water for the bathtub and sink the hot water worked fine there, so it has to be the knob to adjust the heat out of the shower that was calibrated wrong. It was either Cold og a bit less cold. They were cleaning early on my floor, like 0830-0930... and didn't come back to clean my room when I went out at around 11am. Had to notify staff at reception to get them to clean the room.

Our apartment was lovely. Very spacious & comfortable. The staff friendly & helpful. The beauty room was excellent. Very close to the BTS & MRT rail lines & also a major shopping district. We were initially booked in for three nights but extended another four nights for the remainder of our trip. Thank you for making our first visit to Thailand great.

I didn't like the pillows they were way too big. I requested a smaller pillow & they gave me an infants pillow. I ended up using one of the couch cushions as a pillow. There were only two teabags in the room & teabags extremely difficult to obtain. I wasn't overly fussed on the buffet breakfast choices.

I stayed here to recover from surgery at MedPark hospital. It had everything I was looking for - freezer for my ice packs, full kitchen for self catering, and a separate seating area in my junior suite. And it’s less than 10 minutes to the hospital. The staff was fantastic, always ready to help me. The breakfast is outstanding- a full out brunch with lots of main courses. I liked the fourth floor - non smoking. Washer and dryer and a nice gym on the second floor. Aircon worked great. Quiet location made it easy to fall asleep.

The Quarter is starting to show a little aging in the room. And - pro tip - taxi drivers have never heard of it so be sure to print out the address in Thai.

Location was great, within 10-15mins walk to Silom and Saladaeng train stations, shuttle also provided if you prefer. Lots of food options available around, small local shops to more casual-upscale restaurants (The Commons). Room was good, a little old but manageable. Breakfast was good with asian, western, and continental options, I enjoyed the egg live cooking station.

Shower temperature was a bit difficult to control, going too hot or too cold, also flooded the floor pretty easily even though there was a bath tub, due to the sides.

Great location of the building and amazing staff. Quite area and still not far away from Siam. Always friendly personnel who are willing to assist. I have stayed more than 5 times in this hotel while visiting Bangkok due to the huge size of the apartments if you opt for one with a very reasonable price. Staff are just great! And they can always make a big difference in your experience of Bangkok.

The internet is not stable and few times assistance was required to improve the quality of the WiFi. This was an issue every time I stayed in the hotel. This is the only thing I would recommend to be improved as it is an achievable goal. Would like also the rooms to be more sound isolated but I don’t think this can be easily achieved.

The staff was friendly. The room was about what I was expecting. I stayed here twice in the same month and the second time, they upgraded my room to the deluxe suite so I don't know what the standard room had. The room looked just like the pictures and it was a very nice hotel.

The room seemed a bit dated and there was lots of water damage in the shower, but it was clean and completely acceptable. My only complaint was the breakfast. The constantly ran out of things on the buffet and didn't replace them. So if you are going to go to breakfast, go early.

We got a free upgrade on arrival to a lovely suite, we extended our stay and got another free upgrade which was amazing! The room was very comfortable, everything you needed, fabulous views of the city in the big suites, great minibar selection, laundry service was supreme, items washed dried and iron the same day, fantastic location to so many tasty food places, fitness centre was extensive

We got a phonecall from reception at 2.25am at night which terrified us and rattled us badly we couldn't get back to sleep, whether it was a mistake or some one down at reception messing around I don't know, but they didn't handle this complaint well at all

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Great location for the Silom district. Short walk to Lumpini Park. Spacious and very clean apartment accommodation. (Furniture in the living room could do with being updated!) Bedroom and shower room were very neat and tidy. Room Cleaner did an excellent job. Nice , well equipped kitchen area . Good room service . Very well equipped Gym. Nice pool area to relax after a day of sightseeing, but not for sunbathing or swimming as the water was very cold due to lack of direct sunlight. Good variety of food at breakfast buffet with welcoming and friendly staff there.

Furniture in living room in need of an update. Pool area in total shade for most of day due to it's location.

Close to the embassies I needed to visit (Slovak and Canadian) and lots of other stuff like the park, this hotel exists on a rather quiet street for center of Bangkok. I took the executive suite which had tons of room for me and I was quite happy there. The decor is nothing special and it doesn't really have much flair that you'd expect from a fancy hotel, but everything is super functional. The bed was comfy. The gym was as good as hotel gyms get. The breakfast was pretty nice. The staff were great.

The wifi was a little bit weak. As an IT Technician company founder who takes zoom calls, I needed more and I had to use my phone wifi hotspot on AIS 4G which got me through the days I was there. Oh well.
