Central location near skytrain,metro, shopping centre and Lumpini park. Staff super friendly. Pleasant pool, though small. Spacious apartment and comfortable beds.

Small cockroaches in the kitchen kept appearing.

The suite was large, comfortable, clean and to my surprise, had a washing machine.

The furniture is a bit dated. I contacted the hotel via bookings.com a couple of times,and still waiting for a response. Communication needs to improve

I have stayed in this hotel before and was very happy with it. The room is quite big with a separate bedroom and a small balcony. It is comfortable and quiet. I love this location because it is close to Lumphini Metro station and there are some nice restaurants close by including some roof top bars/restaurants which give amazing views of the city at night. Lumphini park is close by and the first time I stayed here I went for a walk in the part and it was amazingly peaceful in the middle of this big city. However, unfortunately this time there was a big festival in the park for the whole time I was there. This increased the foot and vehicle traffic enormously and there were no opportunities for quiet walks in the park. Although I did discover an aerial walking path which connects Lumphini park to Benchakitti park which was both interesting and convenient. Benchakitti park was much quieter and in a different part of the city so opened up opportunities to explore. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices for hot or cold dishes.

Saladaeng is not the nearest MRT station. It would be helpful to say in your website information that Lumpini is the nearest MRT station

Very spacious suite like apartment with several rooms - sleeping room, living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. The staff is friendly. The location is great - calm street, but close to the bright and busy Si Lom, 15 minutes walk from MRT and BTS.

Pool is small and only 4 sunbeds near the pool, so they are often occupied. There were cockroaches in my kitchen at night.

What we like are - Location - its not that near BTS or train station but walkable. We love that its near Lumphini park where we can do easy run and park stroll during our free time. Works for our site seeing itinerary as well. - Spacious Room - we booked the one bedroom suite and we love the size and decoration. (A bit old fashioned but works for us) feels like you’re only staying at your own apartment. - Quite area - the property is in quite zone or with residential buildings. - Staff Hospitality - a welcoming security guard who doesn’t fail to greet us Sawadeka every time were back at the hotel and a helpful reception desk. - Bed - one of the best and comfortable bed i had with my stays in booking.com. - Pool - facilities are basic but we dont mind. The pool size is like a private residential pool but very cozy and homy. You wont miss dipping specially for the hot weather in Bangkok. They also have sauna and gym facilities. - Restaurant - The food selection for breakfast in Taste Restaurant at 2/F is very limited but good enough to start your day. We stayed 1 week and its almost the same everyday but its part of our stay so were not complaining. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The only thing we dont like are the small cockroaches showing in the toilet and bath. An insect spray might be helpful.

The place is really great! Good location, big and very comfortable rooms, nice pool, great service specially in the restaurant, the cleaning stuff and the orderly at the entrance that always say hello. The Steff in reception where mixed, some where really nice and accommodating and some not that much. But reception is open 24/7. The WiFi was really good compared to other hotels in the area!

The furniture are abit old and during the day you can really smell the wood, not enough light in the room Wich was abit hard. Because I stayed at this place for over a week and a half, the breakfast got abit boring at some point, every day was the same. But it is small things, overall wonderful place to stay and I will most definitely come back!

My stay was exceptional. The spacious room had everything I needed, plus a lovely balcony. The well-maintained pool and gym added to the experience, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. What truly stood out was the outstanding service—every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Some nights, the street traffic was quite audible, which made it difficult to get an uninterrupted night's sleep. Better soundproofing would greatly improve the overall experience.

Clean and well-appointed room with separate lounge area and small kitchen. Set back from the road so nice and quiet with a view over the pool. Great area close to Lumphini park, metro, shops and restaurants. They were happy to store our luggage while we were away for a couple of days. Ask for a room in Tower B as it is quieter/further from the road than Tower A.

The receptionist Jay was very pleasant. Knows some words in my language and the staff were very kind. Room service is efficient and food was good. The security in morning always have positive attitude. I love that the room is like apartment with balcony. Very cold room, nice bath, nice location. No complaints.

- some furnitures are old (my room has broken drawer door) - some bedside lights are not working properly - toilet bowl has flush issue sometimes.
