We are a family of 4 staying in a trio room on 4th floor. Our room is cozy with wooden floor, a small window looking down a quiet street (with a tree right outside) and a big fridge (a bonus if you travel with kids). Location is great, just a few minutes walking to BTS Salang Daeng station and it's safe to walk from the station to hotel at night. There are many restaurants and shops around the area. Top Market supermarket is in Silom Complex which is right outside the BTS station. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. They helped us check in early without any fee. Late check out fee is reasonable too. The hotel is in a small lane which grab car/taxi can get into. High recommend this hotel, especially for family.

Great hotel. The guys managed to create a wonderful atmosphere of cosiness and friendliness in a small urban space. Very professional staff at reception, always ready to help, advise, solve a problem. Large room, large bed, very thoughtful placement of furniture and appliances, you can see serious practical experience of the owners in organising such things. On the ground floor coffee, tea, biscuits - free of charge. Good Wi-fi. The location itself is very convenient, two blocks from a key metro station where two major lines intersect. It takes 10 minutes to get to the historical centre, and there are shopping centres, Lumpin Park, lots of coffee shops and other Thai services nearby. Highly recommended. P.S. Not very good soundproofing and some distance from the tourist centre - it's quite a long walk.

location is good, access to both BTS and MRT, and there are many, many food vendors going towards and along the main street. In the other direction there is a weekday market. The hotel itself also has a little pantry past reception with snacks, instant beverages, and instant noodles, which was a nice touch. The google tv was helpful to plan out activities. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind when I had questions.

Room is very dark compared to photos. Wifi is unsecure so avoided.

The location is perfect for day shopping and nighttime activities. The rooms are always well-maintained and of exceptional cleanliness. Besides the free Choice of delicious cookies, the best attribute of this hotel is, it’s friendly and always helpful staff!

I spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, and I can say unequivocably that there is not one thing I just liked about this property which is why it has been my only choice when in Bangkok for the past few years!

The property was a little dated. The heater was dripping water throughout the stay; the staff placed a towel beneath to absorb the water so it was not loud, but the issue wasn’t rectified during the three-night stay.

A 480-500 baht metered taxi ride from/to Suvarnabhumi, it's a couple minutes walk to Silom Road & the train station, & the shopping & food courts of Silom Edge, Silom Complex & Donki, Tucked away in a private alley wt a BonChon at the corner, Patpong night market & various bars & nightlife establishments are just a little further away. The Inn has a 24-hr serve-yourself pantry wt cup noodles & cookies, coffee & tea, hot & cold water wc can be consumed along wt any take-out food at the lobby lounge. Street food stalls abound in the area.

The elevator lobby on each of the upper floors & the stairs wc I always like to take going down are a bit cramped, but it's structural.

The location is ideal for food, groceries, transportation and proximity to major malls.

Bangkok is tropical so between heat and humidity, it can be a challenge to prevent mold stains regardless of how much cleaning is done. A suggestion would be to use a combination of bleach and water to prevent stubborn mildew. The staff is helpful and very helpful so this should assure visitors that they care about the place and hospitality.

Very clean hotel and room, warm and welcoming staff. Daily drinking water and fresh towels. The bed was so comfortable and great and clean sheets. Downstairs they have free coffee, tea, sweet snacks and noodle soups. The location is great; many restaurants, massage places, bars and a mall in walking distance. It is a lively neighbourhood yet not as crazy as Kao San Road which is a perfect combination of exploring things and have a quiet sleep. :-)

very freundly Reception , you can for free drink cafe /Tee with some cakes too in the little lobby . We had to change the room because the Aircon did not work . Room with window ( you can open it) ..very clean , room service leave you Watter bottle and toilette paper on the door despite it you you did not asked for cleaning . Very good hotel location !!!

The location. Same street as the location of (The Serpent). Hotel isn’t cookie cutter comforts, gives a more authentic experience. The cafe/pool colonial estate park across the street is amazing for morning coffee. The metro station and famous Pancake lady are at end of the street as well as night market and lgbt bars and dozens of foot massage places. Staff were great, very nice people. The cookie bar I was quite fond of, who else does that? Pic is view from room of the cafe/ restaurant compound across the street.

Can’t complain. If you like watching TV in your room it’s only set up for your streaming accounts, no cable but most hotels only have local stations and BBC news anyway.
