Location is great. There are multiple alley ways with dozens of shops, vendors, restaurants, bars Currency exchange, masage parlours and more within walking distance. The staff almost always have a big smile on their face and always happy to help. The room itself was good value for money. The ac definitely hasn't been cleaned in years but outside of that, seemed pretty good overall. The rooftop pool is the major selling point and has a lovely view with table service and some good deals on drinks.

Beautiful big room, spotless very clean 🙌 The staff are very welcoming friendly & try to help. The location was brilliant with easy access to everywhere, Central. Great choice of restaurants locally and local street food. Hairdressers manicure salons, facials, massage parlours all within walking distance. Taxis to everywhere, Central is very inexpensive from this location.

The view from my room wasn’t very nice, but that’s a small price to pay for the location and Great Room.

Breakfast each morning was a delight, thanks to the attentive breakfast staff. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, and the staff’s dedication to service was evident. Kelly in reception, his attention to detail and genuine care for guests, combined with the welcoming presence of the doorman, significantly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Le D’ Tel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Bangkok.

No tube or train station close to the property. Very restricted hours for swimming pool.

The staff were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was on time and delicious. The room we got was spacious and clean.

The location is nice far from the traffic,the area is quiet, have supermarket and massage spa next to it

The day i have arrived was late at night and the stuff in the reception was so rude that no one will able to carry my bags at the worker not around at night , which they haven’t said that before while the desk is 24/7 service

The absolute ambiance of the entire hotel made us feel like VIPS. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, pleasant and so welcoming. The room was spotless and relaxing. The staff member provided us with direction and things to do in the area. 4nights at Bangkok wasn't enough and I definitely have to come back this will be my hotel of choice. You made us feel so welcomed in Bangkok we thank you.

The room we stayed in room 310 the window on the right side corner the curtain has a gap which made the room bright it was a bit challenging to fall asleep but when we did we slept peacefully. The bath tub is a bit high to climb in and out to shower maybe if there could be a non slip step installed so it won't create a fall risk. The breakfast was a bit repetitive and bland would be nice if more regular options could be added in for international travellers.

The pool on the roof was really good with a nice view. They prepared our room in advance and let us enter in it earlier than expected. There were Water and coffe for free in the room. The hotel is in a good position, quiet but near to restaurants and at almost 20 minutes from the historical center by car. Excellent service overall

Not enough lights in the bedroom. (Cannot shave, cannot make up...)

The staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful, even when I had strange requests like needing a paper bag to put a gift into, or wanting an early check-in because I'd been traveling overnight but needed to prepare for a meeting soon after arriving. Very good breakfast options; lovely rooftop swimming pool; very convenient to public transport (especially local buses), shopping centers, and great restaurants. Down a quiet side alley, off a bustling main street with lots of massage and nail salons, convenience stores and local life.

Apart from being so busy with work that I couldn't take advantage of the many spas and massage salons nearby, I think the only drawback was that there wasn't anywhere to change or shower after swimming at the hotel pool. But, there were abundant towels, and plenty of places to sit and relax by the pool, so this was only a minor inconvenience.
