The hotel was well-maintained and the room had great facilities. There was a balcony with a laundry rack, and the room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. The hotel even provided dishwashing and laundry detergents. We had a small seating area with a coffee table and chaises in front the TV, which was lovely.

We requested for late checkout and the hotel granted us that, but didn’t inform us about the 100 baht per hour after checkout time charge. The amount was ultimately waived but, we wouldn’t have minded paying if we had been informed upfront, considering the great experience we had had with the hotel. Would be great if this extra charge were published on the profile or communicated to customers earlier.

1) Room was way less then 35meters 2) Room 505 had awful wifi, it was impossible to use it, always disconnected and had stupid way to connect through website. You have to put all the info again and again and it just disconnects…used our simcards

I liked that it is in Sathorn. It is really smack in the city center and it is easy to commute by boat or mrt. The best feature of this hotel is the free tuktuk service within 3km. Moreover, the lady boss is very accomodating. I would certainly recommend it to people who want an easier commute around Bangkok.

The hotel facilities are really fit for its star rating. Yes, they are basic but they have free water with microwave, fridge, hygiene kits. There's nothing really worth complaining about. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner of this hotel.

For the price you pay, this was a great place to stay. It had all the basics and more. Free water (2 per day in room), thai cracker and coffee to grab and bring upstairs, microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator, a few utensils, water boiler, and ac. We also had a small balcony. Coffee packets are the best ones I’ve had during any of the places I’ve stayed on my trip in Thailand. We didn’t utilize the two free rides since we had to wait 15 minutes. I would let them know in advance next time.

The bathroom shower clog wasn’t properly drained so when we showered, it flooded the entire bathroom.

Simple but thoughtful. In additions to basics like shower caps, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, the room also comes with a hairdryer, a microwave, an extension cord, a proper wooden desk and chairs, a wall fan, an ironing board, an iron, cloth hangers, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and glasses! And free snack at the reception! So much for such small budget! Bed was comfortable with firm mattress, 2 pillows AND 2 body pillows. Ac worked well. Every staff I met were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but they made it manageable. Also 24/7 receptionists. 7-11 a few meters away, local street food stalls, shops, bars, nice cafes. I’ll stay again for sure.

The drain in the bathroom was a bit slow so the floor would stay a bit flooded for a while after you shower. Not a big deal but could be improved.

The place is clean. Location is peaceful. There is a balcony and have both hot and cold shower. Oh, our room is on the 6th floor and they have elevator. Comfortable. they provide free 2 bottles of water everyday.

The first day, they provided the wifi username and password and it is wrong. I was not able to work bec. I did not have internet connection. I asked the woman at the front desk at that time and she advised to just try to forget password and create and it did not work still, so I gave up. the next morning, I informed the guy (guy this time on duty) front desk and that is when he provided the USERNAME AND THE PASSWORD. It was completely different. second day, it did work but it is already Feb 1 so I no longer required to work. huhuhu make sure to ask what is the correct username and pw.

I was only there for a very short time (less than 24 hours), but that was enough time to see how amazing the staff is! I asked the best way to get somewhere given the traffic at that time of day, and the kind woman at the front desk started explaining the options. Then she told me to wait a minute, and she got another staff member to take me on a scooter to the ferry terminal so I could avoid the traffic. Really above and beyond! (They offer free tuk-tuk rides within something like 3km, but where I needed to be was further than that.) They also pre-arranged for a taxi to take me to BKK at 3:30 a.m. The room itself was small and a bit dated, but it was very clean and had everything I needed. It had a rice cooker, kettle, fridge and dishes, and it would have been fine for a much longer stay than my overnight. There was a nice little balcony with a good view of Bangkok. Overall, you'd have a hard time getting more bang for your buck anywhere. I wasn't there long enough to explore the neighborhood, but it seemed like a safe, non-touristy area from what little I saw.
