Big room, rooftop almost all facilities are really good.

Smell of the floors was really bad. Time for a carpet change.. thats all. My room was super smelly at first i bought a room spray from outside.. afterwards it was perfect. Only problem is the carpet.. its time for change no jeed anything else..

Location, big rooms, clean, good value for money, helpful staff.

If you want to get some sun by the pool, it’s only sunny in the morning, because of a building thats in the way for the sun. Nothing important, but for those who want to tan its nice to know… Also the staff was not that good in english, so some stuff was hard to communicate.

Very central, breakfast was good and pool area was nice. Rooms are very big (we stayed in a suite with skyline view)

Reception area looks really nice but the only thing i would say is that the rooms maybe need a fresh paint. Only a small thing but the only bad thing I noticed! Internet in the room was not the best!

Had a very comfortable stay! The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dry kitchen (sink only) The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location wise, it’s about a 15-minute drive to Pratunam during non-peak hours, which was convenient enough. Breakfast had a good variety, not an extensive spread, but everything tasted great and suited my preferences. They offered different styles of eggs, pasta or noodles, hot soy milk, cereal with milk, a cheese platter, bread, and fresh fruits. Overall, a pleasant stay with good comfort, service, and food quality. Would definitely consider staying again!

The dry kitchen doesn't come with a stove, and no utensils, but that’s not a big issue since I brought a small electric pot for simple cooking. No washer and dryer - a downside as I prefer to do laundry while travelling The bed was a little too soft for my preference, some may find it comfortable, but I personally prefer a firmer mattress.

The view from our view was fantastic, we could see Labua from our room. The room was very spacious and had comfortable beds, the pillows were so soft and dreamy. Very handy to have an ATM machine outside and a 7/11 just outside the front building.

The kitchen did not have any plates, cups or cutlery. Location was ok, we did have to rely on grab to get around and the BTS was about a 20 minute walk away. It was unfortunate that the sky bar was closed for renovations. The Blue District bar on the 38th floor was great with amazing views.

I recently stayed here with my family in a 2 bedroom suite and I honestly had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday with new towels, sheets and water and the location worked for us. I visited the spa and enjoyed a relaxing massage as well as using the pool and gym facilities.

the hotel room could do with a little updating, it needs a lick of paint and the bathroom could do with re-grouting and the sofa and carpets had stains on them but if none of that bothers you then I recommend you come and stay here. Also the pool is absolutely freezing! View from the pool is stunning but the roof top bar is closed for renovation so it would have been nice to no that in advance although we did visit the restaurant which had amazing views at night.

Good value for money City view

Little choices in breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from city center. Balcony wasn’t clean as i found a boarding pass for who was in the room before me

The hotel was spacius, classy, all high quality. Swimming pool was large with nice bar and music. Breakfast included big variety of food options and it was available until 10.30 pm. Hotel has lunch, dinner and roof top bar,/restaurant but unfortunately we didn´t have time to experience it all. The hotel lounge had beautiful scent. Special praise to the room. We had two bedroom apartment on the 31st floor with unforgetable view over the city. Never seen anything so magnificient from my bedroom or living room window. Room was very clean and spacious. Huge livingroom with open kitchen. Big TV screens in living room and one bedroom. The hotel staff was kind and very helpful. Recommendations to the airport transportation.

There were nice cosy restaurants on the other side of the river, just 5-10 minutes walk away, but no other near the hotel. There were no supermarkets neraby. There seems to be 7/11 opening soon just next door. We would have hoped to have micro owen, cutlery and dishes in the room. There was big kitchen cabinets but nothing inside. The take away breakfast is poor quality. Some days the music was played too loud at the poolbar.

I came here with my wife for our honeymoon and we got upgraded to a bigger room basically an entire appartment! We were so happy and thankful. The views were great and the room was beautiful including our swans to welcome us. The location was great too and the value for money was incredible.

The only thing that we missed was the second rooftop bar as it was closed for renovations. This was just unfortunate timing for us, as it was neccessary works. The lifts were slow in the building but this is a small detail.
