We only spent 2 nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. I liked the proximity of the skytrain Saint Louis station on the Silom line. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind. For breakfast, we could serve ourselves from the buffet table, but the main course had to be selected from the menu. So, the breakfast was plentiful. There are some restaurants, 7-Eleven stores, etc. nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is just meters away from Saint Louis BTS station, placing us near Bangkok’s center of action. It is very accessible from several of the city’s exciting spots (MahaNakhon is just minutes away on foot!), and surrounded by lots of interesting coffee shops, restaurants, and street food stalls in a quiet and clean side street.

Excellent Location: only 200m to BTS Saint Louis by walking. There are two 7-11s right on the corner and some high-rating exotic restaurants nearby. Very convenient. (Btw. Wouldn’t recommend the nearest massage called “Zense massage Sathorn11” even though it’s very cheap.) Good Facility: all work well. The volume of shower head is strong. Although the sound of air conditioner is a little bit loud. The swimming pool is actually very small; probably could finish one way with only three strokes. Excellent staff: they’re all nice and passionate. Communication is smooth.

[not for everyone]: the pillow is too hard and too high for me. Couldn’t sleep well and my neck muscle gets sore the whole week. But they’re fine for my husband. [breakfast]: food variety is limited. But hotel changes main dishes everyday; which is good. I love the yogurt with strawberry jam on top.

Absolutely amazing stay at Best Western Click Sathorn 11! We stayed for 4 nights and the experience exceeded all expectations. The service was flawless — every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We were even pleasantly surprised when, upon request, they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us since our return flight was very early in the morning. The room was deeply comfortable — modern, nicely decorated, good TV, plenty of power outlets, great air conditioning, spacious enough, with an excellent bed and a stunning view over the city. The cherry on top was the rooftop pool — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the vibrant heat of Bangkok. The location is another big plus — just a 5-minute walk from the BTS Skytrain, and central enough to make visiting Bangkok’s main attractions easy and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, outstanding service, and a great location. Without a doubt, a hotel we’d happily return to!

That we couldn't stay longer!

The location was great with very little crowd along with all the necessary essentials at hand. Though we have to order food from distant restaurants, but that was very little to complain for. The rooms are adequate in size with great amenities. we have been to other two hotels in krabi and chiang mai, but this room is best amongst all.

We actually did not like the breakfast. we were looking for halal food. but there was not many options available. but may be ok for other individuals. in terms locations, many people may not like who are looking to mingle with locals, because the location was a commercial area with offices. but for travelling with family, it was ok.

Unbelievably comfortable beds. Slept like a log every night. The rooms feel very big and modern, with lots of alcoves and surfaces on which to keep your bags/luggage. Our room on floor 7 also had a decent view. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from the sky train, and surrounded by great restaurants. They have a nice (small) rooftop pool area.

The breakfast wasn't the best I have ever had. I wish the possibility of choosing the type of eggs I want would be different (meaning, I wanted to ask the chef what I want instead of having a waiter asking me which kind of eggs I want). They made me the weirdest type of scrambled eggs (with no salt) I have ever seen. I later asked for poached eggs, which they gave me and were more tasteful. There should be various types of bread instead of just toast. The shower was also clogged, to my surprise, because I paid 92 euros per night and I didn't expect that from such an expensive hotel.
