Our third stay at this top hotel! The facilities are great and really leave nothing to be desired. The location in Sathorn is also perfect: the river is practically around the corner and with the hop-on hop-off ferry it's only one stop to Iconsiam. And if you're not bad on foot, you can also walk from the hotel to Chinatown. I would particularly like to mention the perfect service. Yes, Thailand is known for friendliness and service, but this hotel sets standards. Our special praise and thanks for this trip go above all to the team from the Executive Lounge. The breakfast was exceptional as they had top quality food for all types of travelers. I never seen that before. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were immaculate clean. I also liked the services provided by the Assistant Chief Concierge Mr. Krittiyagorn Jikjak or Mr Rien for short. He assisted my wife and with a tour and got us a wonderful guide that was very caring and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend his services. The pool area was great.

In my point of view, Nothing! If i ever visit Bangkok again I will select this hotel in a heart beat!

Remarkable Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean, and all facilities—including the gym, pool area, restaurant, lobby, and elevators—were consistently tidy throughout our stay. High-Quality Breakfast: The breakfast was extensive, featuring a wide variety of high-quality and delicious dishes. We appreciated that it wasn't too crowded during our visit in September. Excellent In-Room Massage: The in-room massage service was perfect, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Fast and Reliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi in our room was fast and reliable, which was a pleasant surprise compared to our experiences at other five-star hotels. Outstanding Service: The service from the reception, bellboys, doormen, and housekeeping was exceptional, contributing significantly to our enjoyment.

Location: The hotel is not close to any major attractions or shopping malls, making it less suitable for those who prefer to explore on foot or be within walking distance of popular sites.

The breakfast is unbelievable good !! There are anything you want! And many vegan and vegetarian options too! The pool is very nice with an amazing view. The room is big with enough space for luggages which you can’t have in every hotel! The rooms service was 24h and very helpful and fast!

The beds next to the pool were always reserved! In hotel there are many rooms therefore everyone put a towel and reserved a bed next to the pool and no beds were free!

Inspite of the earthquake, we enjoyed our stay since the staff were smiling and accommodating. Having the connection to the BTS was wonderful! We can save our Baht since the sky train is way cheaper than Bolt or Taxi. We were surprised when we saw a birthday cake with the signed card from the Easton Grand Hotel for my brother! What a nice gift!

The staff was very nice, rooms were clean, we loved hanging out at the pool and drink some cocktails, the metro entrance is basically connected to the hotel building so you don’t even have to cross streets to get there! breakfast was also good.
