The hotel is located in a great position, close to the train and the river. In the evening there are many food stalls down the street, a really great atmosphere! Just down the road there is a large shopping centre with a food hall downstairs which is also great. The property itself is older but we had a wonderful stay and it’s great value for money. On our last day our air con stopped working and they were unable to fix it so moved us across the hallway to another room.

Some of the furnishings are getting old, and the bathroom is due for maintenance but this did not detract from the great stay we had. For the price this property is great value.

So happy to be back in this hotel after few years. The staff is always extremely nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect: so many restaurants around, BTS station (easy transportation to BKK airport), ferry pier (Sathorn Pier). Rooms are specious and clean. Swimming pool area is amazing!

Wi-Fi could be a little bit better and some things in rooms might need some renovations. But it was not a big thing for me. I still love this hotel.

Very spacious room, clean, with massive wood furniture, so we didn't mind that it looks dated. King-sized bed, with a hard mattress, but to my surprise, we slept well. The AC worked well, even if a little loud. Other than the AC, we did not hear any noises. The location is fantastic! 7 minutes walk to the MRT, 10 minutes to the boat pier. Great food court (Ma! Bang Rak) next to the mall, with delicious food for very good prices. The pool on the rooftop was enjoyable, as well as the lounge area around it.

The gym is very small and not quite usable. It is a small glass enclosure overlooking the pool. Cramped even for 2 persons. It gets very hot inside, and even though the AC works, it is still too hot for a good workout. The equipment still works, but is quite dated. The weights are not nearly enough.

The staff is polite & helpful. Treat every guest with respect even greet every guest each time they saw them. The hotel is at best location where all the famous tourist places are very near . The room was super spacious with all the amenities they mentioned in the description . The staff is willing to help with any problem. The view from the window is Such a soothing & pleasant site. The rooftop (9 Th floo)r has swimming pool & gym . They clean the room everyday & provide all the necessary stuff like tea,coffee packets, waterbottle, grooming &:bathing products everyday without miss. I will stay here only whenever i visit thailand again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the pier and SkyTrain. It offers spacious rooms and a very nice pool with a beautiful city view. The reception is open 24/7, and there is a free luggage storage service if you are going on a longer trip and returning to the same hotel after. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Each room should have a microwave, or at least there should be one per floor. The bathrobes and slippers could be replaced with a newer model, as the current ones look old and worn out. The air conditioning is quite loud—maybe it's worth investing in a quieter, more modern system. The pool is only open until 11 PM, but it should stay open longer. Also, smoking marijuana by the pool should be prohibited.

The hotel was great value for money. Really spacious room (didn’t book very cheapest room but something in middle), area fantastic with local vibe good food and both river and sky train. Great little pool. Friendly staff. If you want a good base in Bangkok in local area that’s easy to get around with good street food then I’d suggest. I was a bit put off about a few negative reviews but you realise not everyone is happy all the time. The hotel isn’t brand new but it has some character and as I say it’s great value in brilliant location.

Nothing really, bathrooms etc aren’t brand new but they were clean and functional and again it’s all about value for money. No complaints.

Big rooms, big and comfy bed, shower and bathtub great, 2 water bottles every day, water boiler with coffee and teabags, big fridge, silent air conditioner, quiet rooms due to soundproof windows. Good breakfast buffett (not many choices but tasty). Nice rooftop area with pool, small gym, sunbeds and tables, trees and a nice view of the city. Big parking lot. Location close to MRT station and to the Sathon Pier where you can take the Chao Phraya tourist boat or the Orange Line to Phra Athit and then walk 10 minutes to Khao San Road.

Bad WiFi, safe deposit box not attached to the furniture, only a few Thai TV channels but not one English channel, hangers too big for T-shirts only useable for shirts and jackets, no balcony. The area around the hotel isn’t nice in my opinion, but there’s a shopping mall, a local market and a few small restaurants nearby

The hotel is good value for money.

The hotel is a bit dated - but you get what you pay for. In all honesty, we didn't like the location or Bangkok. I think you could have put us up in the best hotel in the world and we still wouldn't be happy. The city is just so depressing. Literally everywhere it smells really bad, it has rubbish just dumped on every street, its traffic is dangerous and it has unhygenic street food next to bare footed beggars. I wouldn't visit again. The hotel was fine. The city was awful. I was so glad to leave.

I arrived around 19:30 24 November. The receptionist welcomed me warmly on arrival. I didn't meet him in my next days, but I want to sent him my appreciation and praise for his support and lovely attitude. I hope he will still be there if I come back Bangkok. Also, I want to send my praise to the housekeeping in charge of my floor on 25, 26 and 27 November. She was so lovely and I'd love to see her again in my next stay. The location of the hotel is near Saphan Taksin BTS station which was really convenient for me to travel around Bangkok and for my friend to come and visit me during my stay. Sanyod restaurant with great Cantonese cuisine also served my hungry stomach so well for my lazy evening.

You should change the air conditioning system to the new and modern one for more convenient in use and better look. The furniture also needs to be renovate and upgrade for better look and better guest experience.
