The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi, which we found to be reliable. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna room. The hotel staff is generally regarded as helpful and attentive, contributing positively to the guest experience.

Our check-in experience was time consuming - it was as though our booking couldn't be found. Anyway it was resolved.

The staff were welcoming on arrival. The location is near shops, a 7/11 and restaurants. It's also close to the MTS station. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool looked nice, but on arrival, it was closed for maintenance, and on my last day, I didn't have a chance to use it. I was able to use the washing machine and dryer for free and just buy the washing detergent, which was really helpful.

Overall, I feel this hotel has great potential, but it doesn't quite hit the mark for a 4 star in my opinion, when I compare it with another. Unfortunately, I let a number of staff know that my shower tray was not draining at all throughout my stay, resulting in a flooded bathroom after only a couple of minutes of the shower being on. I was promised someone would look at it, but this never materialised. There was no hair dryer and no slippers, but there were ropes? The AC would keep reverting back to 23 degrees, so it had obviously been set and wouldn't allow it to be changed. This was ok for me but may not be for some. It doesn't have a smart TV, which may be important for some. The room was nicely decorated but mine was run down with lots of marks on the walls and on the curtains etc.

The shower is fantastic! Superb pressure! Japanese toilet! Nice touch! USB with plug sockets all over the room Outstanding service from housekeeping! Reception staff and bell hops very courteous and friendly. I really liked the fact that I was given a power key for the room, so the room was always a perfect temperature even after we went out.

Bed rock hard. It would be a perfect if they could cater to western backs! Should swap the leg machine in the gym for a decent elliptical trainer

Location was excellent. Staff were very good and helpful. It's been updated, but still like a 1980's hotel inside which was what we were looking for. We did not want to stay in ultra- modern 5 star hotel - actually saw a baby gecko in our room. Like the olden days.

The hotel was fine, but we arrived in the hot season. Instead of street hopping, we went mall hopping - and visited temples at dusk. The nearby BTS station Saphan Taksin did not have an elevator. We are seniors - every city we stayed we looked for easy of mass transit. It was no problem though - hotel booked us a taxi to next nearest station. In case you didn't know, Bangkok traffic can be pretty congested.

The property is very well located and you can commute from any direction from here. The room was excellent, and the breakfast should have a Vegan option as well. Rest I would recommend this property to everyone, in fact my next visit I would love to stay in the same property. The only thing that was not up to my satisfaction was the Early check-in and late check-out options, they need to look into this. Rest all good the Housekeeping staff and other staff were excellent.

Rooms nice and clean, beds really comfortable. Location great! 5 minute walk to Saphan Taskin sky train and Sathorn Pier (great for hop on hop off boat). Food court 5 minute walk. Lots of choice.

Breakfast buffet was ok but expensive. Shower in our room overflowed - drained very slowly. Got slippery. Told staff a couple of times but nothing happened while we were there. Also ran out of toilet paper and asked 3 times, we finally found maids cart and took some. Kept telling us they would bring some right away. Didn’t happen.

Towels are too OLD... THERE should be INVENTORY of USUABLE period of TOWELS.

the room was lovely and spacious the bed not very comfortable but does the job. nice and clean and staff were very helpful and organized some brownies for my husband's birthday which was so nice. the buffet breakfast was plentiful and clean. i used the free washing machines there so handy. thank you for a lovely stay. you will definitely see us again.

the bed linen was worn and torn needs a new set. the beds were a thin mattress but still me and my husband slept very well.

Very pleasant hotel for a few nights. Located quite far from the noisy city center, but at the same time right next to the BTS Saphan Taksin station and the Satorn Pier river ferry port. Thanks to this, you can get to every corner of the city very quickly and efficiently. Well-equipped room, with everything I needed and could need. Very comfortably equipped bathroom. What suited me best was the fantastic view from the window over the business district. I will remember this view for a long time. Nice service at the reception, efficient check-in.

I didn't like the 1000 THB deposit upon check in. I was informed about this beforehand but I don't like the requirement to pay only in Thai currency. I would like to be able to leave the equivalent in dollars or euros. When you go directly from the hotel to the airport when leaving Thailand, you end up with 1000 THB in cash, in your pocket.

The hotel was very well located - only a few mins walk away from a BTS train station and the Sathon ferry terminal. IconSiam is also less than 2km away by car across the river or one ferry stop away. The fact that it is located next to a BTS line and highway didn’t matter as we didn’t hear any noise. The rooms were clean and bonus: the toilet came with Japanese style bidets. Room was relatively tight but they were able to also fit a couch in the room with a Queen bed. Staff were also very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The hotel hallways were clean but a little dark but the lobby was bright and cheerful. Not many open shops or restaurants next to the building but there are two cafes within 3 mins walk away.

It would be nice to have a vending machine on each floor or the hotel lobby if we want to buy drinks at night
