I definitely loved the location, it is next door to the BTS (just 2 min walk), the night market is on the same street (you can just sit and chill at terrace and see people walking around), the facility is like if it was built yesterday, brand new and fancy and at the same time very cosy, mattresses are next level comfortable, showers have a good water pressure, it is clean fresh, facility offers as well free breakfast 🫰 owner is such a lovely lady. Totally recommended. And don’t forget to check out the roof top!

Great location, specially to go to Bangkok Island's parties, very safe to walk back at 1am. Amazing comfortable beds with privacy even  when sharing the room with other people. Air con was not freezing cold which was a great plus, just enough cold to be comfortably sleeping. Very clean toilets too and a beautiful kitchen and shared space. Very tasty breakfast. A really good place to stay. It is next to Robinson that has a Tops market so you can have beans and other healhty food right next to the hostel. Also a very short walk from the sky train so it is really convenient. I believe the taxi boat is also nearby if you wanted to go to the temples or other areas, very nice to do it by boat.

First of all the staffs who works there i have to thanks to everyone they're just so nice, whatever when I need help they always help me with Smile , beautiful people,! The location was the best everything's front of the hotel,whole streets of delicious food they opens late after noon and the restaurants, 711 stores are next, Central Department store is right front only10 steps away, there's 3 minutes work to get Fery Boat to cross the Chao Phraya River just paid 8 bath and get into the Iconsiam Mall. everything was great I'm so glad that I found this place. andI recommend to everyone.!!!

I went there June, the whether was hot and getting hotter they turned off the air conditioner between 12 to 3 pm whole building specially lobby area doors open all day temperature is no different than outside, the staffs are working very hard hope rest of this summer the staffs are able to work cool and comfortable,! Some small hotels I know they turned off the air-conditioned for few hours but Lobby area's live on air-conditioned never turned off. For the staffs who works front desk and some customers who stays in and the new customers come in from hot outside.

I booked unplugged again for my short trip this time - and it felt like I was back to a familiar place filled with so much warmth! Unplugged’s location is really the best, with GOOD food all around, be it morning or night. Jok prince, Khamoo Thewada (my personal bias!), Prachak, and so much more. Also! Do check out Pan Lee bakery which is a bakery with decades of history, and you can buy the pandan kaya back for your loved ones. This time when i came back, i noticed the little things that the team did to improve their facilities. The team listens to guests’ feedback and take them into consideration to continuously improve. They added hooks to the dorm rooms, increased the shoe shelving space, installed more fans at the lounge, and so much more. This is very telling about the founder and team’s commitment to providing guests a comfortable stay. And also the reason why i don’t hesitate to rebook with unplugged everytime i’m back in Bangkok for holiday. Many stars for unplugged! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at Unplugged previously, and coming back this trip reminded me why I love it so much. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the location is really ideal - a minute away from Saphan Taksin BTS and the loveliest neighbourhood. There is a market outside with some shopping and food stalls. The best part, there is always GOOD food around - morning or night. Jok Prince, Khamoo Thewada (personal favourite!), Prachak, and so much more. Do check out the bakery nearby called Pan Lee too. They have really good pandan kaya buns that you can bring back home! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to recommend food spots or help with directions. The room is clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate the little touches that make the stay more comfortable. Unplugged has a homely feel that makes you want to return, and I definitely will again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Staff were friendly and helpful, nice space to work downstairs (although very close to the street so a little loud), but very nice location for sightseeing. Also located right on a street market area and across from the Central Mall, so very easy to get food. Room was also comfortable.

I would have appreciated having a place to lock up my valuables. I noticed some beds had cages underneath, and each bed was assigned a little locker, but locks were not there. Maybe you have to bring your own? I did not ask the front desk. My bed did not have a space to store luggage underneath, so I had to carry a heavy bag every day, which was a little inconvenient.

The staff are kind and so helpful. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. The sheets and blankets are good quality. The free simple breakfast was appreciated as well as the option to purchase meals and lattes. The host offered to communicate with grab drivers if necessary. They held the extra belongings I had in a secure space downstairs. Every time I left a room or took a shower it seemed a staff person was in there straightening up after me. Everything is organized well. The area is great with a mall across the street, street venders close by, restaurants in the area, the BTS station close by. My cozy bunk bed with a privacy curtain was probably one of my favorite stays out of my whole four week trip. I've stayed most of my trip at hotels, but it was nice to feel connected with others and more centrally located. I highly recommend this hostel. They checked me in early, made friendly conversation throughout my day, and checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed a few times. I felt cared for and safe.

The price, location, and staff are superb. We stayed in private rooms, and it was comfortable enough. There is a night market and food court just outside of the hotel/hostel with plenty of cheap and delicious food. And transportation is perfect – Saphan Taksin station is BTS and a ferry and boat hub with scenic and affordable access to all kinds of sights, from ICON mall to Rattanakosin and beyond.

Only two things bothered me during my wonderful stay in this hotel/hostel. First, no elevator means a lot of walking up and down, and it is very challenging with luggage, but the staff is here to help. Second, it is loud in rooms, so bring your earplugs.

Great location. Super short access 1 minute walk to BTS Train and Boat transportation. Icon Siam shopping mall is just opposite side of the main river Chao Phraya. So convenient to travel around town.

No lift. If you stay in 4 th or 5 th floor, it will be a little cardio exercise.

Great location-convenient to skytrain, river ferries, and many restaurants and shopping. It’s on an almost pedestrian only street, so relatively quiet and many street food vendors just steps out the door. Kitchen was nice and there were great other touches like a filtered water machine, washing machine, some drinks for sale. Staff friendly and helpful

You have to take off shoes at bottom of stairs and the steps were uncomfortable. Steep charge if sheets get stained-I had a cold and my nose bled some at night…..fortunately it came out in wash so no charge.
