An iconic building that has seen better times. The tower club perks are the main reason to stay; otherwise there are better value for money options around. The staff at the lounge and housekeeping delivered an excellent service. Unfortunately, the reception was at times chaotic and run by poorly supervised interns (1.5 hours to check in and forgotten at the lounge). Suites are large, vey clean and with a complimentary minibar and coffee with capsules. On the other hand, the furniture is dated and tired, making the experience closer to a 3 star hotel. The lounge food was excellent, diverse and the staff were extremely helpful, however the lounge is an old bar turned into a dining room rather than a place to stay. Dress code is barely enforced. The other breakfast option was more varied but the place was massive and crowed.

Dated and tired, the carpeted area next to the bed was old and stained. The main entrance to the building is a semi abandoned shopping mall. Elevators didn’t have key access and anybody going to the bar could easily get into guest floors. Communication with reception was poorly managed and had to contact many times to get a response about late check out. Water pressure in the shower was the lowest ever, but made sense given the general condition of the building.

I don’t know where to begin. We stayed at the Tower Club at Lebua 2 years ago and to our surprise we were abosolutely blown away by the beautiful suite and also their services. We promised that we’d return with our family and this year we finally invited our elderly parents to Bangkok to celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary at the Lebua. As we were travelling with our elederly parents, the hotel arranged everything prior to our arrival to make sure everything went smoothly upon arrival. Their service was just top notch. Even with my pickiest requests, I could feel that all the staff really tried to accomodate our needs whole heartedly. Anything we asked during out stay the staff made it happen (and even more!) with such detail and attention. My parents loved the place so much that now that we have moved to another hotel and they are already saying how much they miss Lebua. The suite sizes were huge and with breath taking views. I haven’t yet experienced any other hotels that provide such incredible view for such great value. I feel that the hotel is like a timeless classic, perfect for those who appreciate class & style. The huge space provide so much comfort and relaxation for travellers. You would probably want to spend more time in your suite room than being outside. We also loved the neighborhood where the hotel is situated. It’s just steps away from one of the oldest streets in Bangkok with full of interesting old shops, street stalls and local restaurants where you can see and feel the history and authentic charm of the local culture (no need to go to Chinatown). Anyway, I think I can go on and on about the positive things about the hotel but I would just summarize and say “if you are in doubt, please don’t hesitate. Just book and experience the Lebua yourself!

Most things went well. It was a good experience

The Tower Club experience was less than what I expected. The place was quite full but more importantly the food offering was much less than what I expected. There did not seem to be any food and just a few small finger food offerings. In my opinion it was not worth the time and the effort to dress well for a very underwhelming experience.

The staff was exceptional as always from the personal at the lounge to our cleaning lady . The breakfast is one of the best in Bangkok . This was our third visit so we pretty much know what to expect , love the building , lounge , ambience , service ...

The check in is usually quite slow at Lebua but this time it took even longer than before and frankly was quite painful ( especially after 12 hour flight ) . Our suite's location was a bit disappointing , only 52nd floor and even though I had paid for a river view , it felt it was 60 % city view and then some river ( on our last visit we had a gorgeous full river view , so my hopes were high )

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. Basically, you can have breakfast at two locations; one is a variety of international breakfasts (buffet style) at Cafe Mizu and the other is basic ones such as eggs (can be cooked how you like it), pancakes and others (you will be asked what you want to have) and you can get some fruits, cheese, some cereals, desserts and others as buffet style at the Tower Club Lounge on the 52nd floor. Depending on your appetite of a day, you can choose. We liked both and went to the basic one once. Our room plan came with high tea, which is offered at the Tower Club Lounge. We went there to have some drinks and snacks. But what they offered was beyond my expectations. They have soup, sandwiches, pizza, bread, fruits, desserts, salad and everything. We took the king size bedroom and the bed was very comfy. As described, each room comes with living room, which we didn't use much. Needless to say, the highlight of the room will be the balcony. We took the river view and it was just stunningly beautiful! It was such a nice view that we didn't even go to the significant bar. (We were on the 54th floor.) Maybe the hotel is not as new as others, but it did not bother us at all. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay and are definitely coming back. Everything we experienced and had at this hotel was worth the money.

It's such an experience staying here. Very elegant and sophisticated. The views were spectacular. We traveled with a 1 year old, and having the lounge area to put the cot was amazing. Definitely not safe on the balcony as the gaps are quite wide, but the balcony doors stayed locked. It was upsetting that we couldn't use the rooftop bar because of having a baby, but it was nice of them to let us have a photo. However, we had drinks at the lower floor restaurant instead. The staff were really friendly, especially Joules. He was super helpful with recommendations. The hotel is in a great location, between the more traditional side of Bangkok and the more modern. Breakfast was incredible, such a good selection!

We didn't like that we couldn't use the rooftop or any bar area because of having a baby.

I liked the view from the balcony, the interior was nice, I could go to the Sky Bar, breakfast was great (wide variety, everything fresh), the bed was comfortable, there were bathrobes, hair dryer, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. There were both a bath and a shower. There was a kitchenette with a coffee machine and an electric kettle.

The TV was old, it wasn't a smart TV (no YouTube, no Netflix etc.) and while watching a movie it was distorted (the image stretched too wide). There was no master switch to turn off the lights. There was no iron for ironing clothes in the room. There were no electric outlets for hair dryer in the bathroom which was very inconvenient.

We stayed for just 1 night for the weekend and has a fantastic experience. Check-in was private quick and smooth. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony on 58th floor was absolutely stunning. The lounge on 52nd floor was good in the afternoon, also the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful making us feel welcome. We will come definitely back here.

There was a small confusion in the carpark we mistakenly parked on P5 instead of the hotel designated basement carpark. The area leading to the hotel reception could be improved for smoother arrival experience.

Small issue at check-in but this was corrected perfectly. The ladies of breakfast/lunch/afternoon snack lounge were super friendly and with great service. The rooftop bar can be busy, and drinks are not cheap! But the view is spectacular Tip: for a quieter place, the bar at swimming pool has great drinks too, and less expensive - bar staff was friendly and very helpful

Booked a room with king bed (month before), but 2 days before arrival received message to indicate type of preferred bed (replied with king bed). At arrival a room with 2 separate beds was assigned with the excuse of 'availability' ... didn't accept and at the end the check-in officer was able to correct Hint: when booking in 'request towards hotel' clearly specify the type of bed to avoid any discussion Another remark: by mistake ended up in restaurant (floor 2) and not the top bar (floor 3) - my excuses weren't clearly enough, and the young host lady of the michelin-star restaurant was rude and almost pushed me of the stairs. Damned, it is just a restaurant, not holy land ... there is no need at all to treat people in such denigratory way !!!

A truly spectacular stay. I cannot recommend Tower Club at Lebua highly enough! I wish we had stayed longer. From our check-in to check out, it was a sublime experience. The thoughtful gestures from the concierge for our anniversary made me cry - a cute and kind note from our cats to wish us happy anniversary! The room was stunning, a corner suite with unforgettable views. The club lounge was a great treat, and even for only two days I felt warmly greeted each time we popped in for refreshments. The buffet breakfast has a reputation as the best in Bangkok, and it's truly well deserved. The pool area was lovely, although we couldn't make use of the day bed area for some reason? But it didn't diminish our stay, was just a little confusing. Overall a truly memorable and unique stay, and we are already planning a return visit next year, certainly for a longer stay this time!

On our arrival, we had a drone buzzing up and down outside the room! That was quite surprising! However we came to discover it was a drone using imaging technology up and down every inch of the building to check for structural issues after the recent earthquake. I felt reassured and comforted that Lebua was taking such steps to check in depth for any building issues. Some visible surface cracks on the building were exactly that, surface level. We were able to chat to one of the drone operators about their work, it was very interesting!
