We loved our stay at Centre Point Hotel Silom. The location is fantastic, with the Sathorn Pier at the end of the road and the Saphan Taksin BTS station nearby—you can get anywhere without needing a taxi. It's located next to a Central shopping mall with a supermarket and restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The staff were super friendly, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. Whenever we called from the room, someone would come to help immediately. The room was spacious enough for our family of four. We especially appreciated the washing machine, as we had been traveling for more than two weeks. The swimming pool was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious.

A minor inconvenience was that one of the lifts was out of order due to renovations, but we were able to use the staff lift instead. The pool and gym close at 8 p.m.; it would be nice if the hours were extended to 9 p.m.

Nothing All Good

Great location with one of the best food-halls in Bangkok situated at street level under the building, as well as a fantastic supermarket in the basement. Staff were exceptionally friendly, while the short walk to the SkyTrain station was extremely convenient. The rooftop pool is fantastic, as is the guest lounge for enjoying afternoon tea/coffee or a snack anytime with a great view. In addition, close proximity to the river and a ferry stop was great. Great value for money.

I loved EVERYTHING about this place. Very luxurious and connected to a mall. Across the street you run into a lot of stores to buy anything from pharmacy to food, to suitcases. A laundrymat 2min walk. Lots of taxis waiting to serve. Really good location.

FYI to Bangkok first timers, the traffic is CRAZY. If you have to be somewhere at 2pm leave at 12.30.

Beautiful hotel, extremely polite staff, great location next to hop on hop off boat and BST. Would stay here again. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE TUK TUK DRIVERS

We stayed in the Family Suite and it was amazing. Very spacious. Full kitchen, dining area, very large closets, and it had a washer and dryer. A very large master bedroom with a king bed and 2 twin beds off the living area. Clean and comfortable! The location was good. (We didn't eat at the hotel.)

We had only 1 issue at the hotel and it was on the morning we left. We asked for a cab to the international airport. They called a cab and loaded our luggage and off we went - only to arrive at the wrong airport. We're not sure what happened, but we suspect the person at the hotel just said airport and the cab driver didn't confirm which airport in Bangkok - and there are 2, an international and a domestic. We paid another taxi fare to the correct airport, missed our flight to Da Nang (as well as the train we booked from Da Nang to Hue), had to pay for another plane ticket, and spent about 6 hours in the airport waiting to catch the next flight. It was an expensive mistake and we lost an entire day of our trip.

We love Centre Point Silom. The staff here is very friendly, hard-working, and committed to taking excellent care of their guests. Location is great — right next to the Sathon Taksin BTS station and the Sathon water taxi pier where you can grab a fast and an expensive boat to take you up or down the river to all the major sites. Plus, there are tuk tuks lined up just a block away that can take you up to Chinatown in just 10 minutes for just ฿160. So it’s an easy launching point for getting all over Bangkok. Lots of excellent inexpensive eating options nearby (check out the Michelin-rated options). Centre Point Silom is an excellent value. You can get a room with a washer/dryer and kitchenette. The pool is nice. Oh, and there is a Robinson dept store and Tops market right next-door, so that is very convenient.

The neighborhood is a little gritty, but we like its feeling of authenticity and history. Similarly, the hotel is clean and nice enough, but nothing fancy. It is showing some wear and tear and could use a little TLC but given its excellent value that was not a biggie for us.

Everything was amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable and the newly renovated rooms were huge , including a large (maybe 65 inch or 75inch??) smart tv! I didn’t want to leave the room

Fabulous location very close to River ferry central pier and Skytrain station. Markets ,streetfood settings and restaurants all at your doorstep. Large suite with kitchen and washing machine. Views overlooking the river and the constant river traffic. 20 to 30 minutes by ferry to Grand Palace and Wat Arun. Free cross river ferry to massive Icon Siam centre. Great value and fabulous staff. Very good buffet breakfast and nice 8th floor rooftop pool. We spent 6 nights and loved it.

River View partially blocked by another building. No bar in the hotel though it does sit on 4 stories of Robinsons shopping centre which has small restaurants ,department stores,bank and mobile phone sim shops as well as a supermarket which sells take away liquor in restricted hours.
