We stayed in the Family Suite and it was amazing. Very spacious. Full kitchen, dining area, very large closets, and it had a washer and dryer. A very large master bedroom with a king bed and 2 twin beds off the living area. Clean and comfortable! The location was good. (We didn't eat at the hotel.)

We had only 1 issue at the hotel and it was on the morning we left. We asked for a cab to the international airport. They called a cab and loaded our luggage and off we went - only to arrive at the wrong airport. We're not sure what happened, but we suspect the person at the hotel just said airport and the cab driver didn't confirm which airport in Bangkok - and there are 2, an international and a domestic. We paid another taxi fare to the correct airport, missed our flight to Da Nang (as well as the train we booked from Da Nang to Hue), had to pay for another plane ticket, and spent about 6 hours in the airport waiting to catch the next flight. It was an expensive mistake and we lost an entire day of our trip.

Beautiful hotel, extremely polite staff, great location next to hop on hop off boat and BST. Would stay here again. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE TUK TUK DRIVERS

Fabulous location very close to River ferry central pier and Skytrain station. Markets ,streetfood settings and restaurants all at your doorstep. Large suite with kitchen and washing machine. Views overlooking the river and the constant river traffic. 20 to 30 minutes by ferry to Grand Palace and Wat Arun. Free cross river ferry to massive Icon Siam centre. Great value and fabulous staff. Very good buffet breakfast and nice 8th floor rooftop pool. We spent 6 nights and loved it.

River View partially blocked by another building. No bar in the hotel though it does sit on 4 stories of Robinsons shopping centre which has small restaurants ,department stores,bank and mobile phone sim shops as well as a supermarket which sells take away liquor in restricted hours.

We love Centre Point Silom. The staff here is very friendly, hard-working, and committed to taking excellent care of their guests. Location is great — right next to the Sathon Taksin BTS station and the Sathon water taxi pier where you can grab a fast and an expensive boat to take you up or down the river to all the major sites. Plus, there are tuk tuks lined up just a block away that can take you up to Chinatown in just 10 minutes for just ฿160. So it’s an easy launching point for getting all over Bangkok. Lots of excellent inexpensive eating options nearby (check out the Michelin-rated options). Centre Point Silom is an excellent value. You can get a room with a washer/dryer and kitchenette. The pool is nice. Oh, and there is a Robinson dept store and Tops market right next-door, so that is very convenient.

The neighborhood is a little gritty, but we like its feeling of authenticity and history. Similarly, the hotel is clean and nice enough, but nothing fancy. It is showing some wear and tear and could use a little TLC but given its excellent value that was not a biggie for us.

Really nice hotel in a great location. The bathroom was huge! Close to the sky train, ferry and buses. There are some great place to eat and drink in the area, including Fats & Angry burger place, Dog Days Are Over cocktail bar, Jok Prince michelin star congee and Bearhouse milk tea. There is a lot to discover in the local area if you take a walk off the main street. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Great views over the river. It was really handy having a washing machine too. The free jasmine tea in the lobby was massively appreciated, especially coming in from the hot weather! The shopping centre next door was also very handy.

You couldn't really sit out on the balcony as there was no outdoor furniture and most of the space was taken up by the air con unit. Also, obviously this isn't the hotel's fault, but be aware that Saphan Taksin sky train station is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties. We do not have such difficulties, however we did try to get from the airport to the hotel by public transport. When we go off the sky train at Saphan Taksin there wasn't a lift or even an escalator, and we had to carry our heavy suitcases down several flights of stairs, so just be aware of that before travelling.

The Hotel Central Point is located a few minutes walk from the pier and the sky train, which is very convenient to reach the sites and main areas of Bangkok. The staff were very professional and polite. The hotel facilities are excellent. I booked a deluxe river view room, and it was a very big room with a very comfortable bed. Although it was noisy with the traffic and air conditioning. The room also had a kitchen, with a couple of free teabags, coffee, water, and some snacks such as crisps and nuts. There are plenty of accessories in the bathroom, including a comb, toothbrush and paste, shower cap, cotton wool, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. You will also find robes. Breakfast was very good with many options to suit all nationalities. The hotel has access to a shopping centre and food hall, which is very convenient. There is a McDonald's and a Starbucks in the mall.

A minor detail was that it is advertised as a newly renovated property, but I did not find the room to be perfect.. The kitchen cupboard doors were loose, and the outside furniture needed painting. There was not enough tea and coffee supplied, although it was replenished daily. There are also no cleaning supplies, but the cleaning staff do wash up if you leave dishes. The towels were not new. There were marks/dirt on the bathroom tiles, and mould around the shower cubicle. Our biggest gripe was the noise. from the traffic outside, and the air conditioning units. They were very loud and we had to turn them off at night to sleep.

The hotel was beautifully renovated. We stayed in a grand delux suite on the 19th floor and it was well worth it. The balcony was huge and provided stunning views of the city and the river. The room was vey spacious, bed comfortable and the kitchenette and washer drier was such an added bonus. Breakfast was a spread and we ordered room service 1 night and the food was very tasty and affordable. Swimming pool is huge with plenty day beds. The staff were very friendly especially the guy that managed the lift. The location is great, just a 5min walk to the sky train and the river taxi to IconSiam. An added bonus is that right below the hotel is a mall and to your right is a food market at night. the only thing missing was a spa

Very nice location close to the river with a beautiful view from the room and balcony, as long as you have a room on the river facing side. Quite central and not too far away from several attractions. The room was nice and spacious. Very nice pool area. The breakfast was quite nice too.

The bed was somewhat hard and not super comfortable. The friends we traveled with found a cockroach in their room the last morning. It ran under their bed. There was also a dead cockroach in a corner in the hall outside the breakfast hall. Otherwise, the rooms were clean enough. It could have been a chair or two on the balcony.

The room, breakfast, location, ease of access to vegetarian restaurants and fruits, everything was very good

The hotel blocked a refundable deposit of 2000 THB at check in. This should have refunded at checkout and the person at the front desk assured me it would be done. We checked out on Jun-25, but the amount is appearing as an unbilled transaction in our bank statement. This means the person at the counter did not effect the refund.
