why you don’t have any veg options in breakfast? property was very good staff and them mature was also amazing but we didn’t like your menu in breakfast there is no veg option😞

The location was very central, close to a bts sky train station, near a good pavilion, next to central mall with money exchanges and many designer brands, small street markets and a multitude of 7-11s that operate 24h. The hotel itself was very convenient with a continental breakfast available between 6 and 10 as well as a self- serve laundry facility. Couple of fun vending machines next to the elevator and in the laundry room really helped give you options. The staff at the front were very welcoming and helpful! They can arrange wakeup calls, arrange taxis, provide change for laundry etc. Good customer service and good ambiance. Finally, there are several massage and hair styling shops in the vicinity. Try Fasai massage. Very reasonably priced and a good therapeutic massage each time!

The Amazon Cafe downstairs was never open during our stay there.

Hotel is conveniently located, only 5 mins from the Skytrain and the main Pier so it was super easy to visit all the main temples and malls. Seven Eleven also nearby. The staff were super nice, we really appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in and storage of luggage upon late departure. Hotel is super clean and comfortable, but it’s next to a busy street so you can hear the road somewhat, although it didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast was good, sufficient choice of hot or cold options for food and drink, and fresh fruit which was really nice. Use of on-site washing and drying machines was very handy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome and doing such a great job!

Breakfast felt a bit repetitive every day, but it didn’t matter too much as we only stayed 3 nights. The gym had a weird smell, which put me off from using it, but that can be easily addressed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. They even allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel before check-in, which made exploring the area so much easier. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the delicious breakfast spread each morning. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were a little bit small, and there were no loungers at the pool, but it was fine since I didn’t use them anyway. After checkout, the staff kindly let us store our luggage again, giving us the freedom to enjoy our last day without any hassle. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

The location was perfect. Staff were always so professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK if a bit repetitive. Room was beautiful and bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Bathroom very nice and all amenities supplied. Really felt like a luxury stay. Allow us a later check out at 13h00 free of charge. Pool was clean n a nice bonus to have

Breakfast closing at 10 was a bit early - 11 would be better. Often no pool towels available.

Location is perfect. Staffs are very polite and kind. Breakfast has almost no vegetarian option but if someone is vegetarian, the staff in the kitchen can cook for you according to your need. We met a wonderful guy who helped us in picking our vegetarian breakfast and he was very kind and sweet and served us a vegetarian breakfast.

There is no Iron in the room.

The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located. There is a Silom line sky train station, and Sathon Pier, which makes transportation in Bangkok extremely easy.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. It is not a tall building in a busy, lively area. So if you are looking for nice views from your room, or for the party around the corner, it is not for you. Though, all of it can be easily accessible with the various transportation options.

Good size rooms with great amenities for the budget Tasty breakfast though slightly limited spread Centrally located close to all the tourist attractions. Perfect for exploring Bangkok.

No room service though that's a part of the Holiday Inn Express chain concept Mixed staff - Amazing staff at the restaurant and room service but the front desk was mixed (some very hospitable and some slightly rude)

Very clean and very close to all amenities. ICONSIAM is just across the river and the pier is just about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Night food market is a short walking distance. There is a swimming pool but we didn’t swim. The room is big and clean. Breakfast was fantastic! They changed menu everyday and always filled up. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again!
