Modern and clean apartment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds - perfect after a long flight.

I was positively suprised by the size of the room. The bed was massive and super comfy. The bathroom was great. I also like that there was enough free drinking water (4 bottles of which 2 cold). It's a small thing, but it can be annoying in hotels if there isn't enough water. I debated internally a lot between staying here or spending $120 more for one of the 4 or 5 stars. I'm so glad I stayed at SAM E. It's a great value hotel getting all the important things right.

I would have liked some more stuff in the minibar, especially a cold beer would have been nice :D

Location was excellent - just in front of the Surasak BTS stairs. The 7-11 downstairs was perfect for snacks and grabbing a quick breakfast too! There's a very nice restaurant just around the corner called Laab Ubon which served cheap and delicious (but very spicy) food! Hotel staff (both the doorman and the counter staff) were very friendly and helpful too. They helped us store our luggages before our check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. Shower water temperature was not as stable as I would have liked but pressure was good.

Our stay at this hotel in Bangkok was excellent. The staff provided outstanding service, always helpful and attentive to our needs. The à la carte breakfast, while different from the usual buffet, was efficient and well-prepared. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a late checkout at a very fair price, accommodating a delicate health situation we were facing, for which we are truly grateful. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally well-equipped and comfortable. The location is convenient, directly in front of a BTS station, making transportation easier, although getting around Bangkok can still be challenging. The area felt safe even at night. The hotel also arranged a reasonably priced airport transfer, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

Staff were very kind and professional. They fulfilled our requests and expectations more than 100%. We stayed in Deluxe King Room. Enough space for sitting back and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were maintained perfectly clean. Decoration of the room was very simple, calm and sophisticated. Surasak Station (BTS Silom Line) is only 1 minute of walk from the hotel. It was our second time staying here and we are making this place our new regular hotel in Krung Thep!

This is not a complaint; it is only fair to mention the fact that this hotel is located on one of the main roads in Silom / Sathorn area and there is an expressway running nearby, so guests may hear some noise from outside (which would NOT disturb most people). To solve this problem, the hotel provides earplugs on the bedside table.

1. Staff we met were super friendly and enthusiastic. Makes up for a lot of inadequacies which there were none (although after the warm welcome I was expecting some disappointment). 2. 7/11 store just downstairs for any of our needs 3. Sky train 2 min walk takes you to all attractions. Really easy to use. Cheap and beats the traffic. Generally not crowded. 4. Great local restaurant 1 min walk away. We loved it. If you are not into a local experience you may have some criticism but I say Italian, up market Thai close by. Also close to hospital in case a medical issue develops If in Bangkok I will stay here.

Super clean room and hotel. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional, especially Khun Meow (Chef), who took the time to explain the breakfast options. Khun Rin, Khun Sma, and Khun New were very welcoming and provided excellent service. I truly appreciate their efforts in making me feel at home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at SAM E Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. Pros: 1.The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay very pleasant. 2. The hotel room was fantastic, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Deluxe King Room 503 offered a great city view, adding to the overall experience. 3. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Surasat BTS, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.

Cons: 1. The corridors on the 5th Floor could use better lighting. The dim lights made the area feel a bit eerie. 2. Given the hotel’s proximity to the main road, soundproofing for the rooms would be a valuable addition to enhance guest comfort. Overall, SAM E Hotel offers a fantastic stay with its excellent location and friendly service. Addressing the minor issues could make it an even better choice for travelers.

Nice Location, Next to SURASAK BTS. Staff are so Friendly, Right From Security person, housekeeping, Receptionist, Specially the Manager who took care of everyone very well during Earthquake moments. Also so kind enough to check Tourist attractions are available or not due to Earthquake Chaos & guided with alternate options. Rooms are neat & Clean, Bed was comfrortable. 7/11 was available in Door step of the hotel.
