A very decent hotel. The studio room I stayed was cleaned everyday. 1 litre of water was provided also everyday. Water pressure was good and electric shower worked perfectly. Air conditioner worked very well too. Well located with many food providing facilities nearby. The Saphan Taxin pier and BTS station are nearby.

The door knob of the toilet door kept hitting against my elbow. The walls need fresh paint and the furnitures are showing wears and tears. The pillows were also too big. But these minor issues can be ignored.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They arranged an early check in without any costs. Location is excellent. Only 10 min. walk to BTS(skytrain stop Saphan Taksin) and only 10/15 min walk to the pier where you can take a ferry (very cheap 21 Baht) to visit all the temples along the River or as you wish you can take a longtailboat which is a bit more expensive bus still very cheap. 30 min walk to Chinatown or you can take a TukTuk for only 120Baht. There was a washing machine and a dryer so we didn't have to walk to a laundry. Only 5 min walk to a big mall and a lot of facilities in the neigbourhood to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. (streetfood) Furniture was a bit old fashioned but that was not a problem for us. We got free bottles of water everymorning and at the lobby we could buy beer and snacks for the same price as at 7/11.

Great, perfect location. Very friendly, humble and kind staff. Comfortable and clean rooms welcoming sunlight. Wifi was available. Good profile visitors. They provided bottled water and coffee whenever I asked for housekeeping service. The Tv and airconditioner were functional. I want to stay there again overnight on my way back and during my next visit to Bangkok. They arranged a nice cab to the airport.

İ wish there were a greater lobby or a cafe/bar where you could spend some time with other guests exchanging experience and information. When you arrive very early, you have to wait until 06.30, that caused a little inconvenience as I arrived around 05.00. But overall I was quite pleaed.

It's actually a very good choice for budget travellers, nothing extra really, but everything should work is working well. The team is nice, the room is absolutely fine, WiFi, A/C working flawlessly, bed comfortable, has welcome drink and fridge, ensuite bathroom all for £25/€30 is a real bargain.

The location. On paper it looks good, but in fact If you come with a suitcase from the airport by local transport (Airlink train + BTS SkyTrain) it is quite far away from both Surasak and Saphan Taksin stations with a very narrow sidewalk to navigate, very uncomfortable. Keep in mind you pay third of the 4-5 star hotels, so no breakfast and luxury for you if you stay here - this is the deal. For this deal, this hotel is an EXCELLENT choice.

- Definitely value for money - Near to malls, markets, local eateries, bts and ferry - Clean room. They also provide extra pillows and towels as per request. - Since it’s secluded enough, there isn’t any outside noise - Accomodating and friendly staff. Right from the receptionist to housekeeping. All is working with smiles on their faces!

- I wouldn’t say it’s a dislike per se, but the building is a bit old, and the rooms too. I didn’t like that the walls were a bit scruffy and dirty. - The halls if loud then you can hear everything. Which was a bit annoying if there were people late at night or very early in the morning in the hall. - it would be better that they don’t give any toiletries. The shampoo and body shower gel aren’t that good

- Location: the boat and BTS station close by, you can get to the main attractions under 30-45mn for less than 1€. No point taking cabs anywhere. We also walked to Talat Noi and Chinatown, the areas are colourful and vibrant and it's a great way to discover Bangkok by foot - Hotel is comfortable enough, good value for money. They were kind enough to keep our luggages after check out at no extra charge, so we could enjoy our last day visiting - the Pool is a funky bathtub on the rooftop. Nothing fancy, yet again for the price of the room, it's awesome to be able to wind down and go for a swim after a long day walking about in the heat. We really enjoyed it

Nothing, it did the job on every level

Everything was the property was just fine. The people were lovely. The beds were a little hard, but very clean. And everyone was very helpful.!

Well, I’m disabled that I came specifically to swim in the pool and it said it was a small pool on the 10th floor when you get to the 10th floor of the pool is a raised and you have to go up six steps to get into a prefab pool that’s the size of about four bathtubs and it’s kind of hanging off the floor Hated it! Decided I needed to leave because I was there specifically a swim!

location is good. Was suspicious at first because it was in an alleyway but I was overthinking. There’s a nice market/shopping mall 5 minutes away from the hotel. There’s only one elevator, so if it’s busy you might be waiting for a few minutes, but not too long. Everything was clean, my family had no problem at all. Only one issue, I wasn’t a huge fan of the beds, it was a little stiff but it wasn’t bad!!!

The location was perfect. Close to public transport and the street itself had lots of local eateries and cafés. Very cute area! The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were super clean. We had a lovely stay and will make this our regular stop for BKK visits :)

The only small thing was that the rooftop pool was much smaller than it shows in the photos, but still nice for a dip during the hot BKK days. Not a deal breaker though!

Very good location, within a short walk to Skytrain, ferries, taxis, tuk tuks,& motorcycle taxis. Multiple restaurants within a few steps from the door as well as street vendors. Lots of great food, as well as McDonalds & KFC if you must. Spotless bathroom. Firm bed but comfortable. Beer & soda available at reception.
