I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff... everyone was friendly from the hotel. The breakfast was not 5 star but very good already, satisfying. The rooms were clean and that bathroom was set up very comfortably, specially for those who get up in the middle of the night. I loved the floor to ceiling window... i slept with the curtains open so i can wake up to a wondeful view. Very clean, thats one thing I liked also. Also it is near a grocery and a few convienent stores.

It was a 15 minute walk to the BTS station and with the weather being tropical and humid it was a bit tiresome. There were no hawkers (sidewalk vendors) within the area and in Thailand these food stalls are the best to get cheap local food. It is located in the jewelry distrct so most shops were selling jewelry and precious stones, it would be great if that was what youre into.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, convenient, and adequate in every respect. It is not trying to be a luxury hotel, but is very attractive and entirely satisfactory for travellers looking for nice but moderately priced accomodation. I found the staff consistently helpful, friendly, and professional - front desk, concierge, brakfast room, lounge and bar on main floor, and room service. Special thanks to Sasi and colleagues at the front desk for their assistance and friendly nature throughout my stay.

Good breakfast; fresh salad; recommend for VEGAN; Room is very clean and quiet; Location is relatively easy to go. Excellent and honest staff. I lost my phone in the hotel, and the team returned it to me in the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, big shout out to Chai at front desk for his preofessional manner. The breakfast was great and we were spoilt for food choices with a good view. The pool was refreshing after long days in the heat outside.

Get rid of the Marijuana store at the entrance ! It was a longer walk to the MRT than we expected - but that was our planning issue alone.

Your housekeeping 1. After the first nite - the housekeeper just clean the room but did not change even a single tower - i don’t know why ? 2. On my second day, i personally did inform the housekeeper to refill the shower gel - but it was not done - again, i call the operator, request to refill it in the morning of my departure - the answer was, ok - but nobody come - i took the shower without it n later, check out - so sad, shower with water only without the soap/shower gel 🥲🥲🥲

Big room, good buffet breakfast. Small but functional pool on 7th floor We stayed there as it was the pick up location for the river kwai day trip. Positioned just off the motorway so handy for airport. We’re only stayed 2 nights so didn’t explore centre of Bangkok on this trip.

People might want to be closer to centre but the hotel met our needs.

Enjoyed My stay. Location is perfect for my needs. Halal friendly breakfast section will be highly recommended and appreciated. Staff are kind and attentive. Very prompt in attending to my requests.

My room was comfortable and it had a nice view. When my air conditioning wasn't working they fixed it right away and when they couldn't fix it they moved my room. Everybody was very accommodating. Very comfortable place. The location was really good with lots of restaurants an easy access to the river shuttles.

Everything was great. I have no complaints.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We found the tuktuk guy outside the hotel who was very cheap and took us to a very good boat ride covering all the temples. Also a lot of Indian restaurants are arround this property and very good and cheap spa.

Washroom sink was very bad water was continuously coming on the floor

All the staffs are great - front desk, baggage counter & cleaners. They are all very accomodating. The rooms are big and the shower is nice, not to mention the spa like smell of the shampoo & body wash.

The tv, outdated and not much to watch, it will be geeat if they include a youtube access at the very least. A netflix would be better. A big screen led should be a must.
