Good breakfast; fresh salad; recommend for VEGAN; Room is very clean and quiet; Location is relatively easy to go. Excellent and honest staff. I lost my phone in the hotel, and the team returned it to me in the room.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, convenient, and adequate in every respect. It is not trying to be a luxury hotel, but is very attractive and entirely satisfactory for travellers looking for nice but moderately priced accomodation. I found the staff consistently helpful, friendly, and professional - front desk, concierge, brakfast room, lounge and bar on main floor, and room service. Special thanks to Sasi and colleagues at the front desk for their assistance and friendly nature throughout my stay.

Just nice - but i need halal options

Your housekeeping 1. After the first nite - the housekeeper just clean the room but did not change even a single tower - i don’t know why ? 2. On my second day, i personally did inform the housekeeper to refill the shower gel - but it was not done - again, i call the operator, request to refill it in the morning of my departure - the answer was, ok - but nobody come - i took the shower without it n later, check out - so sad, shower with water only without the soap/shower gel 🥲🥲🥲

My room was comfortable and it had a nice view. When my air conditioning wasn't working they fixed it right away and when they couldn't fix it they moved my room. Everybody was very accommodating. Very comfortable place. The location was really good with lots of restaurants an easy access to the river shuttles.

Everything was great. I have no complaints.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We found the tuktuk guy outside the hotel who was very cheap and took us to a very good boat ride covering all the temples. Also a lot of Indian restaurants are arround this property and very good and cheap spa.

Washroom sink was very bad water was continuously coming on the floor

Location is excellent. Close to the river and some of the most popular Bangkok sites. Also close to nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.

Breakfast was not as good as other hotels of similar rating. Pool and gym are both very small. Not a lot of amenities on property.

Absolute best Location hotel I have ever stay- great city view for the value for money. Surrounded by great varieties of local street foods, multicultural cuisines, close to Chao Phaya River Pier while in a form of tourist you can touch the local life style. Staffs are kind, friendly and polite.

. Lobby could Hv been a bit more bright with a nice chandelier to enhance a warmer feeling. Since the hotel offer a nice city view - A roof top bar n restaurant could also consider as a future project can surely generate more revenue - this could add greatly a nice facility to the guest as well. . Bathroom and washing basin as comment in the room facilities section. . Bath Towels need new one please bcos it was so torn apart.

All the staffs are great - front desk, baggage counter & cleaners. They are all very accomodating. The rooms are big and the shower is nice, not to mention the spa like smell of the shampoo & body wash.

The tv, outdated and not much to watch, it will be geeat if they include a youtube access at the very least. A netflix would be better. A big screen led should be a must.

It’s located in a very nice area, with Lebua and other places to eat and get a very short walk away. The Silom BTS station is also a short walk away. If shopping is what you’re interested in, it’s a short cab or a Tuktuk ride away from all the malls. If you’re staying here, definitely try and drop by the Vesper cocktail bar (named one of the 50 top bars of Asia for the last few years) which is also just a kilometre and a half away.

The wear has begun to show on some of the walls. But having said that, the property is very clean and otherwise we’ll maintained. Nothing really to find fault with

The hotel is clean, comfortable and properly maintained. The staff are nice and helpful. Good location and decent views. Great value for money. There is a vertical shower head and separate shampoo and conditioner. Good beds.

The furniture in the rooms is not new. The design of water taps in the bathroom is awful.
