The staff were lovely! They made the experience of staying in the hotel pleasant. The room we received was an upgrade from what we originally booked and was very spacious, especially with my experience in hotels around Asia. I loved the aesthetic of the place and their effort to be environmentally friendly. Both breakfast selections were delicious; we woke up early just to eat breakfast. There were many explorable areas around the hotel, and we found a few restaurants and canteens with delicious food worth visiting. There were a lot of places we missed, too; we wish we had more time in the country to explore the area around the hotel. I would stay here again the next time we visit Bangkok.

The breakfast selection is limited, but at least it was delicious. I couldn't ask if they cater for allergens or other limitations; considering the limited breakfast selection, it's best to message them beforehand. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest train station, but we didn't mind the exercise; just be mindful of it if you're carrying anything heavy.

Extraordinary friendly staff, nicest we have encountered so far. Made us feel so welcome and looked after us in every possible way. Gave us a really nice packed breakfast as we had to head out before 8. Beautiful lobby where you can work from.

Hallways are noisy. Sound proofing of the room not great.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The interior design was captivating, and the staff was incredibly friendly, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, and I appreciated the unique policy of guests removing shoes before entering the hotel space. The in-floor bed was a standout feature, adding comfort to the stay

the small, dirty windows and the sound transfer from neighboring rooms were minor inconveniences.

American/Thai breakfast was pretty good, would have loved a fully Thai breakfast, but I'm sure a lot of foreigners appreciate the toast/eggs/sausage combo! We loved the papaya salad especially (a daily Thai feature comes with the american breakfast). Staff were excellent, and the hotel is simple, great value for money and seems quite grand upon entering. Our room was spacious, with a nice sized bathroom for the 3 of us. They had self serve amenities so you can pick up what you need rather than waste a bunch of random bits you don't need, which was a thoughtful & eco-conscious touch. Mattresses and sleeping arrangement was fab, the sheets were crisp and clean and housekeeping were exceptional. Would happily stay here again, it was a good area to stay in, close to a lot of different areas but not in the centre of any specific over-touristy one!

The walls of the rooms are not soundproofed so for light sleepers it's not ideal, but that being said, only one of the neighbours next to us were audibly disruptive (couldn't hear the other side much). Would recommend bringing earplugs or maybe the amenities could offer earplugs. Would have liked a water dispenser on our floor or in our room to reduce water bottles although they did give us new bottles daily (tetra pack so not plastic)! And maybe some cushions in the triple room so there's space to hang out in your room that's not on your bed. But overall it's a great stay, this is just being nitpicky! Highly recommend.

1. Fantastic Location with a selection of good restaurants, bars, pubs, 7//11s all within walking distance. 2. Great design aesthetics externally, in the lobby, and in the rooms. Minimalist. 3. Clean and tidy. 4. Warm and friendly staff. 5. Comfortable room with a floor bed.

The only two things, that stood out to me: 1. The bathroom (in my room) was a bit cramped. I understand that this is a structural issue and might not be fixed easily. 2. The room could really do with a hot water kettle. While they have it available in the common area, I don't see why a hot water kettle can't be made available in the room/s?

The property is very accessible; Easy to come in and get out. Many options to choose from: Taxi, Grab (Bikes), walking distance to Si Lom (10 min), closest BTS (5 min). The vibe is contemporary minimalist, blending aesthetic with utilitarian design. Many room layout available; Aim for two single beds for roomier options. Amenities are available at the reception counter if you ever need. Breakfast has limited options (American breakfast or cereal bowl) but honestly that makes the trick and both are delicious that you don’t get bored of.

Walls are rather thin so anyone shouting outside your room would be heard. Yet, I didn’t face any problems since all guests are very respectful!

We liked most of this hotel and the stay: the location, the bedroom, the breakfast is great (variety and abundant), the reception people very kind and helpfull. The only weird thing is the smell at certain parts of the hotel but it´s not related with cleaning it´s just a Bangkok issue.

The staff were incredibly kind, very lovely. The bathroom was really nice and modern. It's also nice that they don't put amenities in every room (e.g. hairdryer, razor, ear buds) and instead you can get them from the lobby - I think this is good for the environment. I didn't need any of it anyway, so I think it's good to be eco-friendly like this. The breakfast was incredible as well. So filling and lovely, it's a proper meal and it meant I didn't start my day with an empty stomach. The options are nice. The location was alright, it's a 17 minute walk from the nearest BTS sky train station. I think the lobby has very nice vibes too. I like the fact that you have no room key or card, but instead you create a passcode to your own room and enter it on your door above the door handle. The "do not disturb" and "please make up my room" signs were really creative too. My favourite restaurant is also a 25 minute walk away which is nice.

Not sure why/where it came from but there was an incredibly pungent (bad) smell, my guess is sewage, all throughout the hotel. I don't think this is the hotel's fault anyway. Also maybe this is just my booking, maybe I just booked the smallest room last minute and didn't check but my room didn't have a TV or much storage space. Honestly the TV is not something I need, and this probably depends on the room (I'm not sure). I think my window was next to all of the air conditioner fans placed outside because if I didn't have ear plugs I wouldn't have been able to sleep, they were extremely loud.

Neat, simple room with a comfortable bed, modern refurbished look and very clean and maintained. It felt secure. In Rang Bak area, so close local art galleries, nice food markets and contemporary thai cafes. Easy to get around, did a lot of walking through the alleys to get to nearby areas. Walked to MBK and art and cultural centre. Grabs and tuk tuks where easy to use. Nice area to wander about in.

Minimal facilities in our room - no kettle for coffee/tea. Could hear the neighbours on their phones through the walls. Our room had a frosted window with a shrouded view of a carpark. All sort of minor stuff. Good for the price, however.

I like the style. It’s got a very Japanese sort of Zen garden vibe which I like a lot. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are very simple. I had to request a room with a table and chair because the constant sitting on the floor was too much for me. Even the beds are sort of built into the floor. There are no closets or wardrobes or chest of drawers no TV set. No kettle. It’s a very simple spartan Set on up, nowhere to really even unpack your suitcase. they give you slippers to wear in the building and you leave your shoes in lockers near the front door. That’s not so bad but there’s no chairs to sit in while you take your shoes off.
