Staff very nice and helpful. Room comfortable. Walking distance to Talat Noi, pier to ICONSIAM and piers to take the Orange Flag boat on Chao Phraya River. Almost adjacent to the Hamonique Thai Restaurant which we love.

1) location: in the middle of two subways, BTS Saphan Taksin and MRT Hua Lumphomg, which require quite a walk to reach. 2) right on the busy Charoen Krung Road. No roadside parking or street vendors allowed. That makes the strolling along a bit unpleasant because of the loud traffic noise. 3) not much interesting shopping because most retails are jewelry or antiques plus a lot of closed shops. 4) expensive breakfast and a very amateur waiter. We had ask for the culteries. The dry toast came WITHOUT butter and jam, so we had to ask for them.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. It looked exactly like in the pictures. We traveled with a baby and they were very attentive. We had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t get the option with breakfast because we like to sleep in but they have a nice little café downstairs where you can get an snack if you want. We got an excellent coffee and a delicious waffle almost every day for breakfast. It was convenient and not too expensive. It is close to the shi praya pier where you can take a ferry to all of the main tourist attractions in Bangkok. It is also in a main road where you can easily grab a Grab car every time!

We got a room on the second floor overlooking a house in the backyard. We could not really open the curtains during the day because we had the feeling they could look into our bedroom. Also, we could not open the window to get any new air in, not that you want to do this all the time because of the heat and the pollution, but it could have been nice to get at least 10mins of new air into the room specially after showering. Lastly, the air conditioner was installed right on top of the bed and the cold air was blowing directly to our heads, which was a little too much especially for the baby.

Beautiful property, conveniently located for what I had to get done.

Unfortunately the road noise is quite bad, the window panes are thin. Double windows should help a little.

Comfortable, friendly staff

Due to a change in travel plans this was our second stay in this hotel. The staff were super friendly again but we had a little trouble with the room - the room they gave us had been redecorated and smelt of paint, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately this one had ants, so we were moved back to the first room the next night - thankfully most of the paint smell has dissipated and we enjoyed our stay - as the staff do their best to ensure you have a good stay!

Breakfast was tasty and good value. Fried uk style plus local variety too. Evening meal was good too, with very friendly staff. Hotel & room were very clean. Good variety of food places nearby, including 7/11. Aircon works well. Chinatown a short ride away and river quay nearby too. I would certainly stay here again.

Our room was at rear so it was quiet, road to front is quite busy but this should not be prob if you’re out sightseeing during the day as it quietens down at night.

The perfect base in Bangkok. It’s a budget hotel but exceeds expectations. The staff are so friendly and very helpful in helping to plan days and itineraries with transportation and best routes. They stored our cases without hesitation. Made restaurant reservations for us. The breakfast is lovely and the interior design is so classy and stylish. We tapped into this hotel 3 times during our 2 week stay and would stay here again for a future trip without a shadow of a doubt.

Hotel is very tastefully designed and location is amazing. Don't miss going to Harmonique restaurant just at the back of the hotel as they have amazing Thai food and great prices. If you aren't looking for a hotel with pool and other facilities, this is a great choice.

Breakfast! You get 3 choices to choose from and aren't that interesting. One guy in the cafe trying to service everyone so he is stressed and service is slow as a result.

I loved the room, beautiful design, comfortable and nicely arranged. It had mostly everything I could need. Though I didn't use it, they also had an umbrella which is quite thoughtful. The shower was so spacious and beautiful. The staff were really lovely.

The road was noisy, I had to buy earplugs, I was fighting jet lag in the first few days and the road noise didn't help, I could barely sleep. Also a hairdryer would be much appreciated as well.

I was pleasantly surprised because I expected a regular 3-star accomodation but it turned out to be a wonderful boutique hotel with excellent accomodation, commendable rooms and superb service. When I say superb, it is comparable to a high end property and I am not exaggerating - the room was comfortable, tastefully furnished, the staff had pride in their work and they really went all out to help in their capacity. The location is easily accessible and a short walk to the pier that connects you to Icon Siam by boat. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance. The breakfast, although simple was value for money and satisfying.
