We booked ehe 2 room suite, the hall sofa can sleep two more person, if the AIRbnb can provide additional 1 or 2 foldable single bed, it will help more customer to book this apartment

We stayed as a family (two adults and two children). We were happy we stayed at Serena Sathorn Suites. 1) it's in the business center of the city, 7 minutes walk to one of the main attractions - Mahanakorn Skywalk (Awesome! recommend everyone) 2) right next to the metro station, which leads to the major shopping malls. 3) more subway stations nearby, but we used a cab - it's inexpensive in Bangkok. 4) next to the hotel, right near the entrance, two small supermarkets and a large hypermarket a 20 minute walk away. 5) Inside the apartment is a great renovation, large airy rooms and huge windows. 6) Very pleased with the large kitchen with all the necessary dishes, spices. We did not buy anything extra. 6) We were also very pleased with the washing machine and dryer. The owner also took care of the necessary laundry supplies. Much appreciated. 7) Just a wonderful owner of the hotel, was always in touch with us, immediately helped with all tasks. Thank you so much for your hospitality! If we are in Bangkok again, we will stay with you again.

From start to finish the communication was excellent and really helpful information provided. The apartment was really big with all the facilities you could ask for….well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living area. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was brilliant with lots of good places to eat and not far from the night market. Would absolutely stay here again next trip to Bangkok.

I really don’t want to complain about anything, but a slight annoyance was the shower head not fitting in the wall fitting so we had to hold it and turn on and off to wash.

Location. Next to a local food bazaar (morning) and restaurant (evenings), and 7-11 all along the same row.

The drainpipe at the bathroom was stuck. We need to do a MacGuyver to drain the bath water and not to damage the property.

A spacious room with everything you need. Super friendly staff and a very convenient location.

We stayed for three weeks and expected some room cleaning, but we had to do it ourselves. Not a big deal but for the amount that we had to pay they could at least have included it, even if it was 1 time a week. But overall the building was clean and spotless. Highly recommended

Excellent location with good service.Especially prompt response from owner for any queries. Variety of local foods are easily available at door stops during morning hours. For self preparation small super market(24/7) available downstairs the building and a large super market (Tops market) available in walkable distance. Busiest area during peak hours and rest of the time very calm. Easy for go around Bangkok by using public transportation like BTS, Metro, MRT etc., All travel items are available in the apartment just you need to carry your basic stuffs. Washing, drying + ironing facilities too available.

clean, self-contained except for the washer/dryer outside the unit but located in same floor and within few feet, thoughtful host who provided as much amenities and free welcome beverages except toothbrush .

Not a huge problem but the water temperature in the master bathroom shower was very hard to control, either too hot or too cold

The location is in the CBD, 3 minute away from the skytrain. The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Can get some noises from the street during rush hours, but it’s okay.

Property is well guarded and safe, near to main road and has a 7-11 convenience store below.
