We took a risk booking this hotel as it wasn't on google reviews and only had a couple on here. We arrived very early to this hotel (8:30am) as we moved from the other side of Bangkok to here because our family was flying out here to meet us and this hotel was across the road from theirs. When we arrived early, the lovely owner let us check in very early so we could leave our bags in the secure room. In our room we had a kitchenette and fridge/freezer, eating table, large bathroom, double mirrored cupboards. The room was very comfortable. An added bonus is that there is a washing machine to use on the roof of the hotel and an area to hang your washing which we used as we are backpackers and it was so useful to use. Also, above the wall on the roof the skyline at night time is beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay. The only thing disliked was the cleaning of the bathroom wasn't amazing, but the rest of the room was very good, if the bathroom was properly cleaned this review would've been a 10/10. Lovely, quiet place in a good environment—just a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. The room was clean and cozy. The owner was so kind, and Ked was really friendly and Yuta is so cute.

Friendly staff, great and spacious apartment, fully equipped, nice balcony. Quiet.

There are spots that need some serious cleaning and renovation. For the charged price my expectations were very low, and still I was surprised by how old the room felt like The windows couldn't close entirely so the AC was struggling to keep up and you could clearly hear every sound on the (admittedly quiet) street.

Good quiet location but near to transport links. Many attractions within walking distance. Variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Free washing machine a bonus. Bed comfy, shower good. Good communication via WhatsApp.

It's a bit tired and could do with a good makeover.
