There were many staff and all were incredibly helpful. It was well situated; right next to a BTS station, Seven Eleven, many good restaurants and the Kingpower Mahanakhon building is a stones throw away. Breakfast was delicious, many choices and good value. Room was pretty standard but cleaned daily and with all the necessities. A two thousand baht deposit is taken upon arrival, but don’t worry if you don’t have cash as there’s an ATM right outside. As a solo traveler I felt safe - reception is always manned and there is security by the entrance. It was a great little base for my stay in Bangkok!

The blinds stopped a lot of natural light coming into the room, but I’m being very picky about finding something I didn’t like.

I stayed for a month with the breakfast option. I cannot say enough positive comments about the staff, just greatly appreciate them as they made my stay extremely enjoyable. Thank You I Residence Silom!!! The bed was very comfortable. The AC was a Split Unit and was super quiet and cold. The pool was always clean and apparent that it was maintained daily. The breakfast well, the staff was more than pleasant and always willing to accommodate and this was how I started every morning 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼. Security Guards was beyond funny and friendly. Front desk was gracefully welcoming as I entered the building every day 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼.

The location is great and provided great value for money and near public transport as it is located near multiple food courts,a train station and places with good restraunt . Amazing for four star brekfest buffet with attentive staff.

Poor internet and lack of interactive TV which I can connect to netflix . The gym can be improved very easily for guests who lift heavier weights if the staff could buy 15 or 17 kilo weight dumbells which wouldn't take much effort. Adding a place where you can bench press wouldn't cost much and improve the gym facility so much more. A more modern dry wet seperation shower in the rooms would be nice.

The room is nice and clean and bed is comfortable, the location is great close to the bts. The pool is nice and spectacular view.

The check in wasn’t good compared to Furama. The check in took some time and they won’t let us have the room until 2pm but furama always let customers have the room early if they have the room ready so we don’t have to wait until 2pm. The reception should tell all the guests clearly how to get to the pool so I took the main lift to the 9th floor and someone there was not happy because they didn’t want customers to take that way. The shower had no hot water in the room 603

For this hotel, On line booking service prices are all over the map. Sky train, Lumpini park and all the restaurants that are in Silom are all close. MRT with all the new blue line stations is so easy.

It’s an old hotel and the walls are not ultra sound proof. Hey this is not Kimpton or Sheraton, but for my money this can’t be beat. Breakfast is included and the coffee is very good, but the breakfast can be repetitive.

Excellent location, close to metro and King Power Mahanakhon, which in addition to the view from rooftop has a series of department stores with excellent discounts. Many options restaurant and a pharmacy just a few meters away. Taxis and motorcycle taxis are always nearby. Across the street there a laundry, hair salon and a massage shop (Lek) that also offers beauty services. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bathtub is a comfort itself. The breakfast is complete, but there are more lunch options than breakfast. The staff attentive and helpful, but not everyone understands English very well.

The pool wasn’t working.

location was awesome. I came back to my room every day with freshly made bed with clean sheets and fresh towels. Bed was stiff but I think thats normal as a westerner coming to thailand as all the beds i slept in during my month stay were stiff.

Great breakfast with plenty of choices, both Thai and Western foods. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room, and convenient location next to sky train and local restaurants and cafes.

A little noisy at night due to the proximity to the busy street, but quiet enough later at night.

Great location. Easy access to the Sky Train. Comfortable room. Convenient breakfast dining experience. Friendly staff. Relaxing, uncrowded pool area (cooler, January visit may have contributed to the low use).

We were very happy that there was parking, but like most places in Bangkok, it is very limited and very tight.
