First i love that its like less than 2mins to the 7e. Then its my fav songkran hotel for two reason, 1- the hotel owner is very friendly ans would have 3 days of feast at their hotel, all hotel guests are invited! 2- as songkran in silom would mean the road would be super packed with revellers that would be time where you need to be not sot wet, silom 3 is good as its nearer to the chong nonsi bts so you do not need to walk all the way to sala daeng bts, but be mindful after 5pm everywhere around silom, you will get wet. And i love the hotel room coz i love room with ample sunlight, and this hotel room got it!

The place is quite comfortable and has more character than most hotels in this price range. The people employed there are very kind. All kinds of Thai people work in the area, so there is a good range of lunch options.

This is not anything the hotel can control, but there is a construction site on the opposite side of the street that can be quite noisy.

Family run hotel. Warm sincere greeting. Not the usual franchise hotel. Hello Sir. A genuine smile. Room was larger than expected. Big shower room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Quite neighbourhood. Ticked all the boxes for me.

Nothing not to dislike. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a laundry and a shop and a market just a minute away. I can only recommend it. Everything was super.

Clean comfortable rooms, lovely staff, a real find ... a reasonably priced hotel in excellent location near the BTS, local market, department stores and Lumpini Park.

It is a quite location considering that it is in Silom. The room was clean and spacious. Good internet connection.

The TV has no English channel and it is not a smart tv.

My room overlooked the front parking area so there was noise from vehicles from time to time late at night or early in the morning
