Great location in the heart of Bangkok. Hotel had Al the facilities one can expect; including coin operated washing machines and dryers outside.

The free internet was very slow. So slow that most of the time we had to disconnect from the WiFi and use our mobiles. The television had one movie channel which actually had some good movies- but the rest of the channels many times had a blurry picture.

The room was spacious and walking distance to the mall, street food and the BTS.

We found the staff a bit rude. We wanted to get free water, yet the asked us to pay. Maybe there was a miscommunication.

everything is ok except no receiption . Especially check out so early you can open the door inside and if forget sth, you have to ring the bell so long ( 6.10 am to 6.32 am) then the owner about over 70 years old open the door with the unpleasnt attitude.

there's no reception in night time till over 7 am next morning.

The room well equipped with fridge, water and microwave, hostel style kitchen also available in reception with hot water, a water dispenser, utensils and complimentary hot drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in last minute after a previous hostel did not have windows. The balcony was small but for the price I was very happy as the room was large.

Perfect for couple days in Bangkok with friends, basic place, BUT the hosts are fantastic. I've stayed at plenty of places where you just exist and give money for a place to put your bag and your head. This place... they have included bottle water, dishware if needed, the lobby has free coffee and inexpensive extra bottles water, soda and beer. Laundry machines on site for ฿60 is so reasonably-priced!! Close to food, clubs, shopping, mrt and metro. Such a great place!!!

A little run down, but nothing you can't handle for the price. Would not stop me from starting here again.

If you like a home-like vibe, this is your place. The room was very spacious as compared to other places with the same price. The staff was also very respectful and helpful. I actually ended up adding some more nights. The family members who manage it are good and understanding people and they even shared their food with me. It was a nice experience for me.

Very big rooms with storages, well designed, over clean, smiley staff, nice balcony. I love this guesthouse. High is very special for me always around feels like home every time, Papa is so sweet, staff around is always helpful with laundry's. For short, my second home in Bangkok.

Small family run hotel/ homestay right in the heart of Silom, literally seconds from one of our favourite ever hidden Bangkok street markets! They’ve just installed brand new coin operated washer/ dryer units also so you can save a trip to the local (or not so local) laundries for pennies. Free coffee, tea, sugar & creamer in reception each morning along with toaster facilities. Large fridge and tv in room, air con great! However the only negatives are that the WiFi drops out and the shower pressure os terrible! Really lovely family, always smiling and helpful, like an oasis in the big city!

The location is great, and the hotel is very good value. I had an unusual request that they were able to resolve almost immediately, which was just outstanding. I would stay there again. Great accommodation.

I don't actually have anything to complain about.

I like the staff and the massage place down stairs- Owen was excellent- she knows how to massage for health- felt so good- and the location was nice as well for less than a week of your into that area.

It was clean for Thai standards but the Hilton is much cleaner- but much more expensive.
