The apartments are very good, value for money and location is on the main road, taxis come quickly and easy access to train station (St Louis station), which is walking distance. I stayed in 3 different apartments as my dates changed so I booked different apartments in the same place 🙃 😅 and the one I would recommend is the Deluxe as Superior is small (we were 2 adults and 1 kid, so maybe good for a couple), however the bathroom is even smaller so payingbit extra for Deluxe is better. The staff are very sweet, friendly and very helpful, they made the stay and experience so much better. Only downfall is the WiFi! The WiFi connection drops off every time, if you don't use your device for some time, it suddenly drops and then you have to login again and again, which is annoying, I am unsure why it happens but hope there's a fix for it in the future 😊 but that's just a minor thing.

I really like the spacious flats in this hotel. There is a great kitchen with a cooker and washing machine which is much needed in Bangkok. The bed is quite comfortable and the large wardrobes deserve a special plus.

The last time we stayed, the staff were not very friendly. I don't know what it was about. The first time was fine. And yes, it is annoying that the wifi drops out and you have to reconnect.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Room cleaning services available upon request. Just need to slide the sign at the front of the room. No need to call the lobby to request room cleaning. Mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, and sink. No stove. Plates, bowls, cups, utensils also provided. There is a small living room and dining room area inside the room. Private bathroom with hot shower. Location is good. Lots and lots of restaurants and 7/11 stores near the hotel. Key card access to entrance and elevator. So, it’s pretty safe. No curfew and there is security at night. About 8-10 mins walk to a BTS train station. Airport shuttle can be requested at an extra cost but saves a lot of time and it’s less hastle if you have an early morning flight like mine.

No in-house restaurant or food services but can easily get food once you step out of the hotel. No pool but there is a spa area on the last floor of the building.

Super affordable! It wasn't luxurious or super modern but it was clean (except the bathroom - see comment below), spacious, and had useful amenities like a kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, and a balcony. The area was pretty good—not too busy, fairly quiet, with a couple of convenience stores, small cafes, eating joints, and massage places nearby. Staff were friendly too.

The bathroom design was really bad. Water from the shower kept flooding the floor, so it was always messy and kind of gross—not to mention unsafe. Some of us almost slipped a few times! The Wi-Fi was frustrating too. It didn’t auto-connect and kept dropping out, so we had to log in over and over, and were constantly checking if we were using our own data. The location was a bit of a walk from the nearest train station, so we ended up using Grab most of the time (thankfully it was cheap). Also, toiletries were limited, so it’s best to bring your own.

good location. we had a family room that was perfect with two bedrooms and sitting area / kitchen. very friendly staff

I absolutely loved this property! I stayed in a private apartment that was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a stove and a laundry machine—so convenient! One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view, where I loved relaxing and watching the sunset. The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is fantastic—set on a street filled with cozy restaurants and coffee shops, and just a short walk to Sathon Soi 12, which has great dinner spots for socializing. The area is also rich with options for relaxation, including numerous Thai massage parlors and an amazing head spa called Kalm Moments. Transportation is a breeze, as tuk-tuks and cabs frequently pass by, making it super easy to step outside and start exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Bangkok! I will definitely comete back here!

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this property.

The staff were great and very friendly. The room, bathroom all are very clean. Location is great. There are 4 seven-eleven within walking distance and the BTS station is only 1 km away. There are a lot of shops around, some are very cute shops, a lot of eating places (not halal food though) But there is a halal restaurant nearby if you don't mind walking a bit. The road in front is busy during the day, but a bit quiet at night but still feel very safe to walk at night. Definitely will choose this place again the next time I come to Bangkok again.

I wish there is one more pillow for each person. One pillow is not enough. But still comfortable.

The facilities and rooms were great. I stayed here twice. Once after my flight into Bangkok and second was before my flight back to London. I think each rooms just have different lay outs so pick a room towards the back of the hotel to avoid street noise and twin room or executive! Thank you for the amazing stay

It wasn't the best location to get to things immediately but I used the taxi bikes a lot which were 50 baht one way to the nearest busiest area 😀 and the train station was about 15 min walk. Either have enough money for extra things or sacrifice with more walking.
