We loved the swimming pool and the set up of our apartment for 4 people (two bedrooms with view, two bathrooms, living room plus kitchen). Also big kudos for really quick fix of our air conditition after it broke down.

Really expensive bar next to the pool where you can't drink your own drinks.

The hotel was very clean and tidy,staff excellent. We had noticed the not many were drinking from the pool bar as the prices are very high,we had a couple of drinks but stopped due to the prices and no happy hours or specials.

The breakfast and the venue for the breakfast is much improved since our last stay

The room size and beds were so comfortable and amazing. We were on 26th floor so the view was beautiful. All the room facilities were wonderful for a family travelling - very convenient with microwave, 2 showers and bath, washing machine and kitchen area. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and always filled up.

key card has to be used for lift which was annoying at times. Also we travelled with other family staying on different floors so could not access their floors with our key card. Location is in the quieter area of Bangkok so getting out for food for the kids was sometimes difficult.

This is a lovely hotel in one of the nicer areas of Bangkok. We booked a Deluxe one-bedroom suite and it was very well equipped and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, there is a nice dining area and TV/sofa area. The bedroom was large with a floor to ceiling window giving a great view, and the bed was very comfy (unlike a lot of hotels in Thailand). The bathroom was also large, with a full size bath and separate walk-in shower, with nice toiletries provided. There are two air con units, so you can have a different climate in the bedroom, to the rest of the apartment. There was a nice balcony, which was small but gave a good view, although no seating. The swimming pool is lovely, water is warm, jacuzzi is an added bonus, plus towels are provided poolside. There is an outdoor bar serving hot food and cocktails/drinks throughout the day. Breakfast is fab...lots of choice from traditional Thai food to English Breakfast, from fruit and salad to cereals/breads and pastries. The 'Egg Station' deserves a mention...it was great! We asked for a high view, and we allocated a room on the 26th floor - the view was amazing - I just wish I had asked to be pool-facing as well, but we were city side-facing which was nice too. Four lifts in the lobby, which accommodate around 18 people, so no ridiculous lift waiting times. The staff are really helpful, especially the waiting staff and the hotel lobby guys, who will call you a taxi or a Tuk-Tuk if you need one.

There is a deposit payable at check-in of 3,000 baht in case of any damages. I wasn't aware of this, so had to go out for some cash, as if paid on card, it could take up to two weeks to refund it upon check out. There were only 8 sun loungers by the pool so you often had to lie on the artificial grass, which was okay. I would suggest the hotel separate the double- bed loungers from each other (currently side-by-side in one area), as I don't think people realise they are made for 2, so a family of 4 would take all 4 double-bed loungers, leaving just 4 single loungers for the rest of the hotel.

The room was very spacious with a beautifull view. The pool with the view was perfect as well. We like the old fashioned 90s styling so it feels a bit retro but in a good luxurious way.

In the bathroom there was a mould in the bath tub drain . Tv screen was a bit burned.

music at the pool way too loud, it is nice to have some background music but this is not a night club, just a pool to relax; way too loud American rap all day I had a room on 25 th floor, to take a hot shower it took practically 10 minutes for the hot water to arrive

I have been staying at URBANA for the past 4 years and all I can say is they keep improving. Delicious breakfast in front of the swimming pool. Use their amazing GYM and sports facilities, SQUASH court, BADMINTON and BASKETBALL.

We had issues with the Aircon in our living room, front desk sent a technician and he got it fixed. Kop Khun Ka.
