I liked the staff, the building, the service. I had a good stay. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view. I liked the swimming pool and the fitness center.

I didn’t like the taxes that were added to the food and services like pressing. There’s always taxes and service fees that inflate the prices (that are not that low)

The staff are very good in their job, the location is quiet and very clean and nice, the room is spacious, the price matches the quality of the service and the room The staff really takes our comments in booking seriously and tries to fix, i stayed my second time and my second stay is better This hotel has the most wonderful window scenes to the city, they should market it more as a strength point that rarely could be found in Bangkok

The room, in general, needs serious renovation, but the toilet in specific needs serious renovation. They could be more flexible in terms of early check in, i hqd a long flight and had to wait for my room four hours :) Hotel should consider smart TVs in the rooms

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were outstanding—I genuinely felt like a princess! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care and attention. The team was always helpful, opening doors for us and assisting with anything we needed. When I lost my room key, they replaced it immediately with no extra charge, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful pool. It made the whole experience even more memorable. Whether you prefer a morning dip or a relaxing evening swim, the atmosphere is amazing—and they provide towels and everything you need. Overall, the hotel had a very premium feel, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the swimming pool and the set up of our apartment for 4 people (two bedrooms with view, two bathrooms, living room plus kitchen). Also big kudos for really quick fix of our air conditition after it broke down.

Staff friendly and accommodating. They got us a microwave and hot water kettle. Doormen and bellhops always welcoming. Pool area was relaxing. Common areas clean. Our room was clean, spacious and modern, full length mirror, comfy bed, awesome balcony views, central location, elevator also had full length mirrors. :)

Gym needs updating. Some treadmills and elliptical machines didn’t work. Persistent subtle smell of urine from toilet area in our room even after cleaning, sprays, etc.

The rooms are really big, and so are the bathtubs. One especially positive experience was that the hotel allowed us to keep our bags a couple of days before we were to check in. All areas were generally clean, and the rooms had good amenities. It's only a 10-min walk to Silom area/BTS, which is perfect. And the rooms have massive windows with good city views!

The rooms smelled and looked kinda old. Don't get me wrong -- everything was great, but you could see the difference in terms of the somewhat inconvenient location of charging spots, completely randomly placed light switches, coffee/tea being basic nescafe/lipton despite the high price of the rooms, relatively patchy internet, etc. Everything was just a tad underwhelming.

The hotel was very clean and tidy,staff excellent. We had noticed the not many were drinking from the pool bar as the prices are very high,we had a couple of drinks but stopped due to the prices and no happy hours or specials.

The room assigned to me was spacious, comfortable bed and beautiful view. All amenities were working 100%, the wifi is amazing and fast, the bed is super comfortable, the room and everything is well maintained and clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, supportive and kind. Location is conveniently near to the MRT or BTS and restaurants and other shops.

I liked everything and had nothing that i disliked. I feel that the staff and management has gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast and the venue for the breakfast is much improved since our last stay

Some areas starting to look a little tired

From the time of an early check in, until our late check out, everything was amazing. This place is centrally located, so moving around party places like Silom Soi 2 and 4 was just so easy. The hotel staff were super super sweet and the pool facilities and room service was top notch. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my life. The view from both the balconies was gorgeous!

Just that smoking zone is downstairs.
