Apartment was lovely with a private pool. Kids loved the splash park. We went 4 times during our stay x

Breakfast was a joke. The amount of people was ridiculous. It felt like feeding time at the zoo. Staff at the restaurant were not engaged. Had to get my own menues, had to stand up and find staff anytime we wanted to order. They didn't care. Menu was catered to Russian tourists no pad thai on the menu but you could order a borske????? Tried to charge us 50 dollars as my child ate a Mango in the room and dirtied a towel. We took it to the laundromat and got it cleaned ourselves. Staff were not friendly. I would recommend a family run guest house and avoid these huge resorts

We loved the resort feel with a variety of activities and restaurants within the complex. The pool by the beach was stunning and well set up to watch the sun set over the ocean. We also loved the access to the Splash Park which was fun, safe and great for the kids. We had a family room which was a good alternative to sharing a room, or paying extra for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Nothing - all was value for money.

I loved the spacious apartment. It felt very comfortable. We loved the water park and swimming pool near the beach. There was a pool for small kids. We stayed there after a long flight for 5 days. It's great if u have kids and dont want to spend one hour in the taxi to go to patong beach. Also a great place for kids.

I didn't like how hot the breakfast area is. And they turn off the lights and turn off the AC when the breakfast time is over.

The resort was beautiful with great open spaces and greenery which was very serene and calming. The waterpark obviously was the main feature for our kids who wanted to do nothing but be in there all day. The beach area also very picturesque. The daily rain showers really cooled things down and the weather was great. Our room was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults - 2 kids). We had the 1-bedroom with the bunkbeds which worked perfectly. The balcony was great to sit in and take in the beautiful resort grounds. We really enjoyed the fact that the resort was away from the hustle and bustle of patong etc. It definitely felt quiet and island-y which is what we were hoping for. There were some really nice massage places and restaurants walking distance from the resort with a mix of great thai food and food for kids (nuggets, pizza, burgers, pasta) if they're picky like ours were. 7-Elevens were all over the place so we got our fill of random snacks etc as well.

The breakfast felt a bit limited. While there were a wide range of food options to choose from, nothing was really super tasty. The waterpark was super fun and we all had a blast but it does need renovation. I believe it will be closed from the 1st of July onwards for that so good thing they're addressing that issue. The only thing that was a bit weird was that room service will charge you THB 100 if you order empty plates/cutlery to your room to eat in (without any food in it). I've never experienced that at any hotel I've been in but it's a small thing.

- Pool Villa is remarkable experience - Place is natural, green and relieving - Water Park is amazing activity for kids and adults - Stuff are very nice

- Breakfast buffet is limited with no cheese menu - Water Park safeguards are not serious at job and leave some positions empty several times

First of all staff brilliant, very good at their jobs. Especially the reservation team, after trying to contact Booking.com on many occasions eventually called the hotel, who were very only to pleased to help. Breakfast was good, as was the resturant by pool. The other resturant was closed due to out of season. The waterpark was closed for refurbishment, not a problem to us Lovely room with terrace, aircon brilliant Beach, disgusting covered in rubbish from tide and lots of it! However, lovely big pool, though entry wasn't the easiest for older people. No problem getting sunbed. And the golf type buggies that were constantly around the resort a definate bonus as the resort is large Finally, amazing sunsets

BEACH

Spacious rooms, bathroom, and private pool. The beach viewpoint for planes. The room is nicely decorated. There were some type G power sockets. The hotel restaurants had good food and plenty of space. The noise of the planes was not an issue for me. There is a nice selection of restaurants, shops, and traditional Thai massage parlors outside of the hotel

The commode seat was a bit wonky. The drawer railings were not the soft-closing type. The Bathroom door hit the towel used as the shower cubicle carpet. The power outlets under the desk did not work in one room. The stairs inside the penthouse were not level. The breakfast buffet needs more items. The main doors slam loudly and can be distracting when other guests are moving about

The waterpark was good even though it was a little bit old. However, it was well maintained and joyful for both kids and adults. The kids' club programs were nice, and the staff of the club were very kind and cooperative. The breakfast had a good diversity even hough the restaurant is crowded. The beach and swimming pool were nice.

1. They requested a deposit of $200 in cash and refused to hold the amount from the credit card. 2. Toiletries were not refilled, and many of them were not available, such as conditioner, tooth kit, and slippers. 3. In checkout day, we were asked to leave the room rudly by one of the reception staff. Although we stayed for 4 nights but she said if you stay for more than an hour, you will be charged

Place was well appointed. Water park next door with free entry and golf carts to take you around. Typical western 4 star resort with Thailand prices. And plenty of food carts just outside the venue. A group of us stayed in two rooms as we were travelling to our next locations. The staff were great in arranging some of us too have late check-out as our place wasn't leaving till later the evening. The water park was fun for us adults and not too busy during the week. The travel to the airport was 20 minutes by taxi. We found it easy as we had pre booked ours earlier.

All was good on our end. I wouldn't say this was the way to see the good parts of Thailand, as many tourists stay here. But for somewhere to relax before or after a flight, it's perfect.
