Apartment was lovely with a private pool. Kids loved the splash park. We went 4 times during our stay x

Breakfast was a joke. The amount of people was ridiculous. It felt like feeding time at the zoo. Staff at the restaurant were not engaged. Had to get my own menues, had to stand up and find staff anytime we wanted to order. They didn't care. Menu was catered to Russian tourists no pad thai on the menu but you could order a borske????? Tried to charge us 50 dollars as my child ate a Mango in the room and dirtied a towel. We took it to the laundromat and got it cleaned ourselves. Staff were not friendly. I would recommend a family run guest house and avoid these huge resorts

I loved the spacious apartment. It felt very comfortable. We loved the water park and swimming pool near the beach. There was a pool for small kids. We stayed there after a long flight for 5 days. It's great if u have kids and dont want to spend one hour in the taxi to go to patong beach. Also a great place for kids.

I didn't like how hot the breakfast area is. And they turn off the lights and turn off the AC when the breakfast time is over.

- Pool Villa is remarkable experience - Place is natural, green and relieving - Water Park is amazing activity for kids and adults - Stuff are very nice

- Breakfast buffet is limited with no cheese menu - Water Park safeguards are not serious at job and leave some positions empty several times

Spacious rooms, bathroom, and private pool. The beach viewpoint for planes. The room is nicely decorated. There were some type G power sockets. The hotel restaurants had good food and plenty of space. The noise of the planes was not an issue for me. There is a nice selection of restaurants, shops, and traditional Thai massage parlors outside of the hotel

The commode seat was a bit wonky. The drawer railings were not the soft-closing type. The Bathroom door hit the towel used as the shower cubicle carpet. The power outlets under the desk did not work in one room. The stairs inside the penthouse were not level. The breakfast buffet needs more items. The main doors slam loudly and can be distracting when other guests are moving about

If it weren't for a staff member named Paul it would have been a bad experience.I arrived on the 19th October for one night. I called reception early on the 20th to extend and told I needed to go to reception at 12:00pm to make the booking. When I did go to reception I was informed that the Resort was fully booked and informed by two female receptionists there was no possibility of extension. I returned to my room to collect my luggage and thought to check Booking.com. Booking had rooms available. Before making the booking, I then called reception, that rooms were available on the website and whether I should book through Booking.com. The same receptionist told me there was no guarantee the rooms on Booking.com were available and it was for me to take the chance. I did successfully book a room on Booking.com for an additional night and proceeded to reception to pay for the new room. Thankfully this time Paul served me. He was apologetic about the confusion and upgraded my room for an additional two days as required. I think the issue here is that the Resort was fully booked but due to the bad weather the Resort recieved a number of cancellations. This bad experience could easily have been avoided if the first staff member explained the situation and maybe asked me to wait to confirm if there were any cancellations.

Being told the Resort was fully booked, then to find Booking.com had rooms available

Place was well appointed. Water park next door with free entry and golf carts to take you around. Typical western 4 star resort with Thailand prices. And plenty of food carts just outside the venue. A group of us stayed in two rooms as we were travelling to our next locations. The staff were great in arranging some of us too have late check-out as our place wasn't leaving till later the evening. The water park was fun for us adults and not too busy during the week. The travel to the airport was 20 minutes by taxi. We found it easy as we had pre booked ours earlier.

All was good on our end. I wouldn't say this was the way to see the good parts of Thailand, as many tourists stay here. But for somewhere to relax before or after a flight, it's perfect.

Good place, great pool and breakfast. Rooms great, big and clean

It is too big, you need to drive by golf carts, but the personal is friendly and we never waited too long. Breakfast are too far, so if you want to take breakfast and than take some small snack later on it is not possible, they do not even allow you.

This was our second time at the resort. Our kids ages 8 and 10 enjoyed the waterpark and beach front pool fullly. The room was renovated compared to last year so the bathroom was better. The bed and pillows were softer and more comfortable for us this time. We had daily room cleaning. We stayed for 7 nights and we had enough to do between the pools, beach, waterpark, and kids club. We didn't did any excursions, except a 30 minute walk down the beach to the jutting out point a bit south where we snorkeled a bit with our own masks.

The buggy service seemed less frequent than last year. Some of the pools in the waterpark could be refreshed (many tiles coming up). Breakfast was ok, but the fruit selection was very limited (only dragon fruit, watermelon, and underripe cantaloupe or guava).

The team kindly upgraded us to a small apartment which was a lovely surprise for us! The resort is massive that you have the assistance of an electric buggy to take you round! The beach is beautiful there, infinity pool also as well as the water park!

The air con was broken in our room and as we were staying one night and noticed really late at night, we didn’t ask them to fix it, so we suffered in the heat the whole night! The shower was quite poor in terms of water pressure. The bathroom had a jets for a jacuzzi but the taps for the bath didn’t work so we couldn’t utilise the bathtub!

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom pool penthouse which was wonderful and so comfortable to stay with the family. The little pool was wonderfully warm throughout the day. The Resort is huge with several swimming pools, however easily walkable. There are also added buggies to bring you from one place to another. The added waterpark was fantastic as during this time of the year (end of June) the sea was too rough and not swimmable with a red flag every single day. There are lots of little restaurants around the resort with great food options as well as little marts for snacks.

The beach restaurant is overpriced for the low quality of food it serves, we really didn't like it. We visited this resort before covid and the breakfast restaurant was fantastic. Amazing breakfast buffets, lovely lunch options and dinner buffets. However now it only serves breakfast which was ok, however your previous pastry and dessert chefs were amazing and are probably not there anymore. The resort is still renovating, you can see that nothing happened during the covid years, and still lots has to be done. However it didn't cause any inconvenience or noise.
