The room was lovely. Staff were helpful.

We cannot understand why more information was not provided about the availability of the restaurant. In fact the only available information suggests it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings with a food exchange later in the week. No wonder it was empty! We actually ate there on the Tuesday evening and it was fabulous. Why the opening times/dates were not openly advertised is anyone’s guess. Also the information on the room TV was poor and out of date.

I arrived early around 8 o'clock to the hotel after 11h night flight. I have been told my room is still not ready that's why they can not give me the room, then they said, if I need a room I need to make early check in and this is something I did not appreciate it. Also when I got the room, there were lots of long hair everywhere in the room, so I had to mention that and clean it on the next day.

Comfortable and big room. Excellent breakfast, with Vietnamese and western food combined.

Nice, clean property. The staff is incredible and level of service outstanding. Especially thanks to Lynn who does everything she can to make you feel at home. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. A wonderful hotel where I would be happy to return. I like the Spa also.

Everything was as good as you can expect from a high quality hotel.

I booked the property at a late hour (around 21.00-22.00) and my booking was not available at their system immediately, so I had to wait more than an hour to check in my room. The staff was helpful but they should solve this issue for future late bookings.

Beautiful hotel!! Great location to a lot of local food and there is a coffee shop and McDonald's across the street as well. I really enjoyed the view and how soundproof the room was, especially since it's located on a busy main street. The staff was kind and very professional. The hotel was clean and modern with great internal food/drink options. The bathroom was great and the best one I've experienced with the options available for the bidet. It is not a regular hose spray like others I've seen as this one is a little more technologically advanced. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a nice size.

They were still doing work on the gym (a small part of it), spa, and children's play area.

i had a problem with the executive lounge but after talking with the service manager everything has changed for the best so this hotel care about their customers and worth the 5 star

Definitely value for money. Good hotel, nice buffet, nice room very big in general standards. The bathroom is also big. The service of the people is amazing

The location is not the best. Outside old quarter and in a noisy traffic intersection. If you like a quiet room you need a high floor room, then the situation improves

As expected, it was clean, comfortable, easily accessible and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and every Asian cuisine was represented besides the normal English breakfast.
