one of the only two places where you can charge your EV, rooms are fresh and good size, great SPA, access to the gym, generally good food and location with a lot of fresh air (but further away from the city), generally a very good and relaxing place to visit

parking is too packed - always! restaurant and food are over priced, the menu in the Noorus Pub is scarce (if you want to have lunch, as Restaurant is somehow closed), a bit of a distance to the city center with shops and alternative pubs and cafeterias, only one elevator to go to the floors 5 and above - very busy in rush hours

I specifically asked about the water park’s opening hours, and it was repeatedly confirmed by email that the park would be open in the summer. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the water pipes weren’t working, which was a huge disappointment. We would have chosen different visiting dates otherwise. Additionally, I’m not happy that you pay for accommodation for four people, but two of them have to sleep on a narrow and uncomfortable armchair.

Rooms need to be refreshed, many things in bathrooms is broken, water do not go out, hairdryer does not work, Poor noise isolation between rooms, so running Childs somewhere in other room you hear like rave party. If you get room on higher floors (5+ if i remember it right), there is only one elevator for upper floors. So be ready to use stairs 99% of the time. In children room there is table hockey and other games, you need coins to play them, so фдьщые nobody does use them. It could be some games free per day for each room i think.

The purpose of the visit was relaxation and enjoying the water park with a spa center. Everyone was undoubtedly satisfied. There was a wide variety of saunas, numerous slides, and a 25-meter indoor pool. The sea view from the balcony was a delightful touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We visited both the à la carte restaurant and the hotel pub. While the menu selection was limited, the dishes were all quite delicious.

The pillows were too firm. During room cleaning, it’s important to also check the balcony — a bottle of champagne and glasses from the previous guests were left there. The grout in the bathroom needs updating as it has turned black.

Every time we stay we enjoy relaxed atmosphere at this place. Location is brilliant, away from big city and crowds of people. Service is amazing and very friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with lots to chose from. Spa and saunas are one of the best assets to this hotel. Nearby seaside makes it more interesting which makes you always want to come back.

Me and my children have been staying at this hotel few times already and always were happy and satisfied with the service however this time it was a huge disappoitment for us to find out that we won't be able to use an option of water park as was planned before. We have made a booking for our stay 3-4 month in advance and potentialy could not to know that from beginning of September Water park will stop working on daily basis but will remain open during weekends! No announcements on their websaite, no emails from the hotel regarding water park closure. It would be nice to notify your customers about any changes that might affect their stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Noorus Hotel in Narva-Jõesuu, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel's rooms were spotless, and the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of quality products. The spa and wellness area was a highlight, offering a perfect retreat. The Junior Suite was my room of choice, and I found the value for money to be excellent – 100% - worth recommending!

staff is excellent all over the place! Food is nice in the pub and worth the money. SPA is pretty good but lacks from that very feeling. Good overall. Parking could be for free to guests! Very happy with food and the pricing to it. Very tasty!

SPA lacks a better feeling. Room is good but you get cigarette smoke from all over in to the room if you open balcony or window. Not Hotels fault but they need to chase those smokers to other place! Breakfast need to improve. A lot of things were out from time to time. Not so many choices.

Staff was extremely friendly and solved our double booking on without any additional charges for us.

Pub kitchen was a bit slow, although the Pub staff was extremely nice. Maybe something temporary, maybe staff problems. Pub could have more evening activities during school holidays. The Hotel in general could have more activities for children during school holidays.

Going with the kids to the SPA then this is currently the best choice in Estonia i dare to say. Sauna part is large with many pools and saunas. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Waterpark side has, visited only by kids, was ranked high as well. Feedback was that it has many different slides. In between of Sauna and Waterpark is good cafe to have milk cocktail and some food. Food and cocktails in local Pub were very good. Breakfast was plentiful.

Would recommend to install more electrical car charges in parking area and have more options for charging suppliers and add more powerful charges for fast charging.

Saunas/steam rooms: good variety. Very dicent gym (with one of the best views on your Treadmile/rowing boat) . Romantic garden chef performed real superb!!! recommend to try!!! and restorant/bar/pub staff did well as well!

Saltcumber (despite all attempts to address all senses) was rather boring... (of course, I could not evaluate all goodness we got!). Nordic walk pools (for you morning walk on the beach) could be a rent item (might be my mistake, as those were not advertised at least...).A (touristic) magnet with Nooruse image could be on the display (not just generic Narva hand-made staff).
