Good location. Clean rooms. Although there was a concert for the bikers sesaon opening not so far from the apartments inside it was quite. Everything is clean.

In the description it says that whole facility is at your disposal. Actually WCs, Shower and Kitchen are common. I read about WC and Shower in comments so I was ready for that and actually previous visirots are right - there is more that enough WCs and Showers so it is not a problem at all. But I was not ready that kitchen is as well shared. But in the end there was no one in kitchen, so it was 100% at our disposal.

Nice, Clean. Seemed quite lately renovated rooms. Kitchen has tea, coffee, toaster, water boiler. All what you need. There were 3 shared toilets and 3 shared showers for 4 rooms.

Rooms no.1 and no.2 do not have proper ventilation and windows cant be opened. There was an electically switchable ventilator on a vent shaft but it made quite loud noise.

Location is perfect, especially for those, who travel from Russia, have stop-over in Narva and then follow to Tallinn, or vice versa. It is about 5 mins walk to the border control and 5 min walk to bus/train station. The aparthotel is very close to Narva river, where you can enjoy taking a bath if the weather permits. There is a beach in a small bay, where there is no current. There you can find the beach. The river promedade is located in 3-4 mins walk distance. Restaurants, groceries are in vicinity of the hotel. If you want to have a breakfast, but you do not want to buy the food, nor cook, there is another hotel in front of the aparthotel, where you can have a very good breakfast for 12 Euros per person. Hotel has a shared fully equipped kitchen, 3x shared toilets, 3x shared shower rooms and 2x separate shared wash basins. It is quite enough for 5 available rooms. Access to the hotel is through the digital locker. The secret number will be sent via e-mail 1-2 days before your arrival. Internet connection is good.

Although we liked the hotel and the place, one can consider some minor improvements: in sommer there can be mosquitos. Some electric devices against insects in the rooms would be good to have. We have found only one in the kitchen. One of 3 toilet rooms is combined with the shower, which is Ok. But it has no locker. I would suggest to install one. In one of our rooms (room No 2) we could not find how to open the window to have some fresh air. In our other room (room No 4) the window can be open.

Lovely room, very clean and cosy, excellent location (very close and well within the walking distance of the coach station I needed)

Shared isolated bathroom-I had to take the room key with me every time I was using it. No toilet paper provided (the present roll was almost finished and there was nothing to replace it with)

The hotel is near to peetri square, and it’s located on the ground floor, no need to climb stairs. It’s very clean and comfortable. The equipment in kitchen are sufficient and clean enough , very new. It’s just like a home, having bedroom, kitchen , bathroom and toilet on a same floor. We do have a very comfortable stay here. I do recommend to stay here as it’s very comfortable and clean.

We stayed at this aparthotel multiple times. It is conveniently located beween the train station and the city centre. Very easy check in. Comfortable rooms and helpful host. Definitely recomend it.

The rooms are good, but it is clear that they are slowly getting a bit worn out and will need some renovation soon.

The hotel is absolutt superb, its extremely good, its clean, the beds are high quality, its a very good and nice hotel, that i absolut can recomend,, also the the staff is very lovely.

The apartment is very reasonably priced, well situated, close to shops and the train station. The building itself is well furnished, clean and decorated with any amenity you could need. The host was great and responded to questions in no time at all. Highly recommend!
