I went to this hotel twice on different dates, and I definitely recommend it. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, the parking was safe and secure, and the steam room was great 👍

The breakfast was okay , it could be improved specially the corn flex didn't taste good and bread was cold and dry..

Let me start from staff member, well trained and well organized , helpful, honor and respect the guests. Amazing clean building, beautiful lobby and very clean rooms that got all you need and forse you to stay with Ivy and come back again . Excellent breakfast buffet that embodies all local and international flavors. At IVY Hotel Bishoftu you have all you need in one and on time. I hope we will back soon

In General 90% of hotels located between regular residential Area so the location was Ok for me as solo traveller, but not for honeymooners :)

The room is big and very clean, the bed is nice, Internet is good, and the gym

The shower, water pressure is low and water in not hot, just warm, the breakfast they need to add fruits and fresh juice such as watermelon, bananas, oranges etc. Brown bread also was missing

I recommend the bathroom drainage to be checked for any partial blockage. Overall, the hotel was clean, decent and good value for money. Breakfast is also very good

The hotel has a contemporary look and interior, very clean and comfortable. The room was spotless and well appointed including the bathroom with modern fixtures and full complement or soaps and gels etc. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with any needs, entrances manned with helpful security. The restaurant was clean and waiting staff friendly, and food tasty. A calm and pleasant ambiance within the hotel, certainly a welcome place to stay.

Sadly no aircon in the room, the shower water was tepid to lukewarm when used early in the morning, and breakfast basic.

The free breakfast was amazing and even had a buffet. The toilet was very clean.

Nothin absoloutly perfect. Bring it to england.
