The hotel has 24 hours front desk and concierge services. On top of that they have very polite and welcoming staff from managers to workers. Conveniently located 1 mile from Bole Airport and offers shuttle service to and from the airport. Free parking, free high speed WiFi which is rare to find in Addis. The restaurant have complimentary breakfast and having Chef Frehiwot and her crew makes it superb service. Because Chef Frehiwot go beyond extra mile to make our restaurant experience unforgettable. The overall is awesome ! Fantastic location nearby the Friendship mall and market. Cozy enviornmant. Staff are so friendly. When i arrived (early in the morning) they gave me a room - I didn't wait till check in time. They offered me a pack of coffee .. in the breakfast, the staff deal with my picky food style with a big smile in their mouths. In addition to the free pick up to the airport included in the offer. a wonderful experience.

Electricty cuts that disturbs the Lift, which means we can use the stairs till the 5th floor. But the poor staff are carrying my heavy luggages from the 5th floor till the reception without lift. it just happened by coincidence with my departure but it's not always.

Everything went well. We had three rooms with people arriving on different days, which would often complicate the arrangements but the Jupiter Bole handled everything perfectly. The staff was superb and very friendly. We had several meals in the restaurant and the food was uniformly excellent and reasonably priced. The free airport shuttle provided a very welcoming service. I highly recommend the Jupiter Bole Hotel to anyone who needs or wishes to stay reasonably close to the international airport.

I really liked the service and the staff. The hotel has a good and reliable shuttle service and the staff were all great and helpful. I also did not get the feeling of forced friendliness or expectation of a tip. The location close to the airport and the included breakfast made it very convenient for me. The cleanliness was great. I think it was good value for money.

The building itself has certainly seen better days and the rooms would benefit from modernisation. In terms of furniture, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing and windows, other hotels in this price range offer a comparatively higher standard. The service provided is excellent, but it can't overcome the building's limitations.

I have stayed at Jupiter Bole many times because of the location, the food and the quality and cleanliness of the facility. But this time, because of a family emergency the staff was even better than usual even tho they are always wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and caring they showed me. I am forever grateful!

From my long time hotels experience, this hotel is my number one choice because of they have familiar service. Jupiter international hotel is best hotel to stay with family, me and my family were staying for the last four weeks in Bole branch and it feels like we were home specially for my doughter. We get an special treatment which is focused in our needs, which is fast feedback which considering our questions, Clean room with an affordable price, healthy and good food, Experienced waiters with a beautiful 😍 smile, very friendly and nice guards. Finally i would like to appreciate receptionists because they were providing for our every answersre and we are delighted by every employees specially in the name of our 8 years doughter, becouse they respected her request and did everything whats best to her and we would like to thank you so much!

For me, the hospitality extended by each staff member, from the shuttle driver to the reception and restaurant personnel, was exceptional. It was a wonderful first-time introduction to the friendliness of Ethiopian culture. The hotel did very well in customer service as early as my booking the reservation many months prior. Businesses should be reminded that with good customer service, any minor negative can be overlooked or forgiven. Great job, Jupiter!

The only negative (which I'm willing to forgive because the service that I received was excellent) is the music that could be heard from outside through my window until quite late at night. The music was a good taste of Ethiopian culture for sure, but it was so loud it could be heard in the room. After a long international flight, sometimes you just want to rest calmly in quiet peace.

Everything went well. The staff specially the manager was excellent. Breakfast could be of little bit more varieties, say a vegetable/chicken soup could enhance the quality substantially.

The road to the hotel is not very encouraging. Very often a lot of cars are parked, which creates difficulties for movement.

This was my second stay the Jupiter - Bole so I knew what to expect. So after a long struggle with the COVID induced shutdown, it is once again open and seemingly beginning to flourish again. The hotel is located just a 15 minute drive from Bole Airport and there are several restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel also has a good restaurant and serves an excellent breakfast, buffet-style. The staff is very well trained, professional, and helpful

Breakfast is great, everything you could want. Staff is excellent. I have stayed at Jupiter Bole many times and would not stay anywhere else. The location is right in central Bole district with stores and restaurants.
