I stayed at the Venetian Hotel in Addis Ababa for 10 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the bar has a lively, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for meeting locals, who are incredibly kind and sociable. A special mention goes to Manager Akiya, who welcomed me in my own language and was always ready to assist and guide me through my Addis adventure. Rahel, Biruk, Weyni, and Titi will forever have a place in my heart—their warmth and smiles made my stay unforgettable. Fantastic team, fantastic experience. I truly hope to see you all again soon!

The staff here have some of the best customer service in Addis. They are so smiley and welcoming and helped with everything that we needed. They made the hotel stay for us. Delicious made to order breakfast including including a hot breakfast (try the Ethiopian Full), fresh juice, tea/ coffee, cake. Much better than other more expensive hotel buffet breakfasts. Great that the shuttle service is included. Nice clean rooms. Good location. Nice restaurant food. My new favourite place to stay in Addis! We will be back!

The road outside is a bit tricky for some taxis to find.

room is good and specious , BF have very limited options for veg ,but staff are too helpful. i can say they are spot on. problem with WIFI in our room so staff offer us other room. its a pleasant stay. i dont remember the name of some of staff ( that i want to mention) but they are always ready for help with smile.

Venetian Hotel is a very nice place, the staff are very nice, I was waking up everyday for that coffee (I don't know, but they have the best coffee I've tried in Ethiopia). I felt safe in Bole area, & the Ethiopian Lounge is so close. I highly recommend.

Maybe the hotel road, it was muddy with all the constructions happening around that area.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and very good location for us.

At night too much load music in the bar and also all staff not understanding English well. We had to ask the staff for small small things missing in room like for e.g shower gel or towels.

everything was spot on, the staff ie the receptionists and the waiting staff were very lovely and welcoming. the location is very safe and the hotel is close to a lot of eateries and night life spots. will definitely return.

Clean room, hot shower and toilet ok. Good position, step behind Bole road and Edna Mall.

Guests leaving early morning were very noisy.

Appliances need to be replaced. the hotel needs major renovation. It was a little disgusting in the bathroom but tired to make the best out of it. More maintenance staff on site.

Good position for the Bole area. Room wide and clean. Excellent price-quality ratio. Good breakfast.
