The breakfast had a reasonable choice of food. The waiters/cook were always available for any extra questions/need. The airport shuttle from hotel was tailored to my time which was very convenient. I also liked the fact that the lobby had a few TV screens showing sports channels which was not the case in a hotel I stayed in previously. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a street with a number of options for eating out. The street is a bit busy though. The hotel is less than ten minutes from the airport.

Review of the HUB Hotel in Ethiopia I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I would like to express my complete satisfaction. The manager and the head of security do a remarkable job from start to finish. At the slightest issue, they are present, responsive, and caring. I am also very satisfied with the entire team, especially Mr. Gosaye Abdi , and I would like to warmly thank Abaynesh lemme , who is in charge of the rooms. She is a wonderful lady who takes care of guests like a mother. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast is complete, varied, and absolutely nothing is missing. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is spotless and very clean. Finally, I would like to commend the entire security team, who are simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to enjoy a pleasant and worry-free stay.

I had an excellent stay at The HUB Hotel Addis Ababa. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The airport transfer was seamless, making my arrival stress-free. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Bole International Airport, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, with brand-new bedding that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, thanks to the cordial and diligent housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned my room—she made sure everything was spotless. The entire hotel team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. I felt genuinely valued as a guest throughout my stay. The staff were really amazing, kind and friendly, except the spa lady. Good food. The hotel is big, very nice and has good internet. I ended up staying a month.

The key card system is old and the key cards often reset. The spa - sauna is coed and anyone can walk in, and the masseuse gave me a overly short massage. It's also only open until 7pm which is too early for business travelers.

The hotel and room were beyond my expectations - spaciois and in high standard. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Staff were exceptionally accomodating. I value the airport shuttle service. I will try the spa when I come back next week, but looked great. The hotel is located in a nice area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Very safe.

The fitness center is dated, looks rarely used, could use cleaning amd upgrade, more variety of weights. I would personally turn the tredmills to face the windows. Matt on step overlapping amd could be dangerous, I suggest to cut it to size. Music would be nice there.

The gym is very poor. The treadmills slip heavily under your feet while running. Maybe its because I'm tall. But the gym is not like the photos on their website. There are 2 terrible treadmills. Barely any weights. A small bench. A lat pull down machine, an unusuable spinning bike, and nothing else really. I paid for a gym outside the hotel. Mosquitos in the room at night. Gets very Warm during the night. There is no aircon, and not even a fan. This is a problem all over Addis. If Addis Ababa wants to be more tourist friendly, they should add aircons or fans to their hotel rooms.

Look no futher! This place is incredible! The Hub hotel quickly became my Hub Family! All members of the staff were incredibly kind, sweet and geniune! It felt like home! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the chefs were really accommodating to my needs (as a plant-based vegan). Ask and you shall recieve. The room was top notch with soft, clean bedding and if I ever needed something extra it was provided quickly after a call to the reception. I highly recommened this place! Both to couples and solo travelers. A special thank you to Mekdelawit for her sweet, kind and radiant presence and proffesional approach that was always done with a smile! Thank you everyone! The hotel is quite good, offering convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services. Its location, just under 10 minutes from the airport, is very convenient. Additionally, the restaurant is open all day. For example, my group arrived quite late at 11 PM, and we were still able to order and enjoy well-prepared, tasty meals.

The food preparation can sometimes take longer than expected. For instance, while they usually say it will be ready in 20 minutes, it often takes 30 to 40 minutes.

All staff are friendly, do not serve for tips, remember your needs and follow up to confirm your needs. No matter how late it is, someone will wait for you and call you a car. I have simple document printing needs that the hotel will handle for me. In particular, the front desk, Gashaw Asfaw, provided very friendly service during my stay. Merkebu Mebrat was gentle with my luggage and took it to my car across the road. If I came to Ethiopia again, I would choose this place again.
