The staff was AMAZING, Sisay and Fitsum the bellman were extremely helpful for me working with charity and sponsoring children to go to school and with hospital rides and stuff I honestly can't say enough about them and their time serving. Addis the front desk manager is an angel and always a delight to see when we wake up in the morning or needed ANY service at all she was ALWAYS right at our fingertips. Service is the top quality of this location. The room was always clean and had the most comfortable bed possible. Hot water and wifi were also working well every day and we stayed for a month so that is saying a lot in Addis Ababa. We have stayed at almost every single hotel in Addis Ababa over the past few years and have chosen this one for many reasons. We will definitely be back. God bless this absolutely blessed hotel. From the security to the hospitality A1 top shelf hotel. Save your money from staying at the Hilton Sheraton or Hyatt and stay here. Trust me you'll he grateful 🙏

The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very useful. The range of food available was great and the overall experience was positive.

To be allowed in the pool you had to have a swimming cap, no exceptions, which would have been nice to know beforehand so I didn’t have to spend my time sitting on the side. The carpet was worn and stained. It took over 40mins to get a drink at the cocktail bar.

The property was clean . We found the staff friendly , helpful and very welcoming . They were able to book us ‘ride ‘ taxi ( the equivalent of Uber ) print off info for us we needed and as we made a muddle in booking an un needed extra night the lady on reception was kind in helping to reimburse us . It felt safe, we liked the fact there were few westerners and it felt more ‘Ethiopian ‘ . The spa with massage was good value

After staying here for a week I can highly recommend the hotel. Not only are the staff members extremely friendly and excellent at service delivery, the hotel amenities are excellent.

While the internet is good, the WIFI signal keeps dropping and the internet connection is thus unstable. This was experienced by me and a few colleagues, so was not device specific. Despite this, it should not deter you from using the accommodation when staying in Addis.

The spa complementary was really nice, and generally the hotel staff were really nice and very helpful. The bathroom packages were comprehensive, they even had a comb :-)

The iron box in my room was not working, got another one after several calls, had to go to the reception to fast track. The housekeeping forgot to clean my room, but at least they cleaned as soon as I made the request.

The welcome by the frontdesk receptionists especially Ms Tsion with that great smile warmed up the rainy morning. She had a room organised for me for early checkin at 9.30am which was exceptional. Her colleague at the conseige desk, Fitsum, served me diligently

The room facing the road was not well sound proofed but that was minor.

All you need for a regular business trip is available on the room. Internet is fast. The concierge was very supportive and attentive! The complimentary airport shuttle services was great. It took me about 15-20 minutes from and to the airport. Pick-up after the arrival was immediate.

Staff sometimes seemed to be quite reserved, so I had the feeling they wanted to avoid contact. Breakfast is rather average, as there are not too many options and food quality also was rather average. Staff in the restaurant only sometimes was attentive. The furniture in the room is a bit worn but everything is funtioning.

The hotel is very nice and clean the staff makes my stay great specially recognition front office employees Addishiwot, , Assefa, Ermias, Feven Security staff Habtamu, restaurant employee all !

Limited variety of fruits specifically berries at the restaurant during breakfast!

All the team is very friendly and helpful. kudos to Mr Hailé and Mrs EMELES . even the coffe maker at the entrance 🙃☺️

carpet dirty needs cleanness or to be renewed cockroaches in the bathroom.. maybe ask the room service to be more sharped during cleaning ++we lost internet for 12hours .. it’s was uncomfortable even though the team was trying their best to resolve the problem

I like the fact that the hotel was so considerate.They managed to consider all my requests which were to have an airport shuttling service as well as an early check in since my flight was an early flight.

I did not like the fact that some of the restaurant staff did not understand English to the extend that they ended up delivering wrong food to my room.I asked for roasted or grilled chicken and they delivered chicken with soup.
