I would say the price should be definitely cheaper comparing to the overall pricing in the country. But again, just a comment. Otherwise good hotel, super friendly staff. Don’t expect a lot from the breakfast, but still - breakfast is a good extra feature, thanks for that! Also, we had a few very noisy nights: means someone on the street was just listening to music incredibly loud through speakers. So, be prepared to have a disco from 8-9 pm and until 5-6 am the whole night. I have no idea what was that 😁 Overall, clean, friendly, close to airport, nothing bad happened during our stay of 10 nights 😉

Room needs a fan because there's no air conditioner, Hotel does not mention on website that customers should list 2 adults or you will have to pay extra for visitors 1 elevator and it can take more than 3 minutes before you can get on it. Stairs are not an option from the third floor down, so you must wait for the elevator to get down stairs after the third floor Staff should be more direct with city tour prices. Staff should give the total price from the beginning. Staff will call you to remind you to checkout 15 minutes before your actual checkout time. This bothers me about any hotel. It gives the impression that they want you out or they don't trust you to sign out.

I had a good stay at this hotel. Room is bog with comfy mattress. Wifi is very powerful. Breakfast is good and local Staff is very welcoming and helpful, Surroundings are full of stores but unfortunately not so much restaurants

Pay in cash or with credit card but only in foreigner currencies (euro/ dollars) and not in birr. Strange isn't it. At least I experienced this situation and after 20 minutes of struggles I had the right to pay in local currency. Hotel and Booking should mention it

The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing and much appreciated. Especially Betty was a real gem with a big heart and open mind❤️ . Thank you so much, Betty, for making me feel so welcome at the hotel. I hope your boss is aware of your infinite professionalism. But also the other staff including doormen and cleaning staff were great and always friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily and quiet as requested beforehand. Furniture was new and clean. Very comfy bed. Water and tea on the room every day. Breakfast was varied and tasty with fresh juices, coffee and tea. Eggs can be requested at no extra charge. As I was there at Christmas, guests were invited to coffee ceremonies in the lobby, which was nice. Airport shuttle for my departure worked well and was on time. I always felt very safe at the hotel. The cost/performance ratio was excellent and if ever in Addis again I would return to this hotel for sure.

Food smell in my room. A kitchen hood would be a good investment.

Great room, comfortable bed, clean. Veery spacious, good facilities. Nice restaurant, super helpful staff, nice meals.

The area around it was not nice and didnt feel safe. As a solo traveller i didnt leave the hotek for a walk at all. Only to be picked up by tour guide and dropped off. There was a smell in the room, seems to come from the kitchen. The airport shuttle took a long while to come, i was scared waiting at night at the airport.

The break fast is rich; there is a lot good foods (potatoes, salad, rice, Ethiopian food, etc.) and juices (papaya, water melon, etc.). You can have tea, coffee or milk if you want. There is honey, too.

I liked every single thing. Very good services. Regarding the restaurant, the chiefs are so cool. If you need a particular food, you just explain them, and they will prepare it for you. Room services are excellent. Staying there was like being at home for me. Lovely people.

The hotel is about 5 kms from the hotel, a few meters from Djibouti Street... The hotel accepts credit cards and is clenñan, either common areas and bedroom. Breakfast buffet is good, there are several things to choose from... It is not noisy and found the area safe...

Wi-Fi in bedroom was not working properly...

A very good and affordable hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant was also very delicious. I never had problems with digestion, which was what I was most afraid of. The staff was friendly. There are many coffe shops next to the hotel for "coffe ceremony" after breakfast.

Welcoming staff, rooms very clean and large. Everything was working (hot shower, wi-fi, furnitures). The restaurant food is adequate and tasty. Accomodation very cost-effective. Airport shuttle available any time.

The location is not very pleaseant at evening hours (but it's not a fault of the hotel).

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is nice and staff are very welcoming. The hotel is central but in a busy location which means a bit of noise from the shops outside. Great value for money though!
